B. Nutritional/Metabolic Pattern
Eating nutritious foods, drink 8(eight) glass of water a day, eat foods that can
increase energy. He stated that he is practicing eating proper nutrition. Usual nutritious
foods that I’ve eaten are vegetables, rice, fruits, etc. I eat three times a day. I actually
drink 7 glass of water a day but sometimes I drink 5 glass of water per day.
C. Elimination Pattern
There are times that I don’t have any bowel movement per day but I usually
released bowel movement 2 times a day in morning and in the evening. I think both of
this is normal. Sometimes I feel difficulty, but there is no present of pain.
I slept at 8:00 in the evening. I woke up at 7:00 in the morning. After I slept I
feel rested and comfortable. Yes I’d take a nap but in a moderate time, I feel sleepy, and
not comfortable. Sometimes I have sleeping disorders also nightmares, when I feel tired. I
slept facing at the side of my bed (side lying position), sometimes I elevated my legs.
E. Cognitive Perception Pattern
My patient stated that he’ll do his best that he can just to do her responsibility to
his parents. My goal in life is to help my parents and to study again.
It’s hard to me to cope because I feel alone, no one I can talk when I’m home.
Every time I feel that I go outside then smoke, after I smoke I feel good, I think I don’t
have any problem. Sometimes I drink if my problem is very difficult to cope.
By respecting the people in spite of their raises, age, sexuality, etc. To receive
also a respect by the others. It’s better to give than to receive. Don’t do unto others what
you don’t want to do unto you.
If there is a time, I do, like jogging, walking, etc. I feel comfortable and healthy
if I do it. Sometimes, I can’t do that because I have work, and I’m so busy.
