The letter of non-compliance from Essex F&RS is a reasonable action for them to take in the circumstances as no review date is shown in the
latest Fire Risk Assessment (FRA).

Without seeing the premises I could not state with complete certainty if two-yearly is reasonable in the circumstances.  In particular, where the
minor injuries unit with obvious patient access forms part of an even larger life risk premises.  Would it be your wish for us to carry out an FRA
during our next visit and confirm the two-yearly review or change it to an annual review if the risk justifies it?
