    Integrating Siebel Analytics with Siebel Applications

    IFrame - Adding a Dashboard as a Siebel view

     Query for BC “AnalyticsSSO” and query for field “STC Complaints” in it.
    Copy record and change name to “STC XYZ” and calculated value to “STC XYZ”

     Query for Applet “STC Complaints SSO Dashboard Applet” and copy record.
    Name the new Applet “STC XYZ SSO Dashboard Applet”.
     Rename the list column name to “STC XYZ” and specify “STC XYZ” in the field.

     Rename the web template item name to “STC XYZ” and specify “STC XYZ” in the control.

     Query for Symbolic String “X_ANA_COMPLAINTS” and copy record. Change the name to
    “X_ANA_XYZ” and change current string value to “XYZ”.
     Go to Symbolic String Locale and change the Arabic String Value.

     Query view “STC Complaints Dashboard View” and copy record. Change the View name to
    “STC XYZ Dashboard View” and specify the visibility applet “STC XYZ SSO Dashboard
    Applet”. Give the Thread Title with newly created Symbolic String “X_ANA_XYZ”.
     Edit Web Template Item to specify the Applet “STC XYZ SSO Dashboard Applet”

     Query for Screen “Service Analytics Screen” and copy record “STC Complaints Dashboard
    View”.
     Change the View name to “STC XYZ Dashboard View”, Sequence Number, View bar text
    and Menu Text to Symbolic String “X_ANA_XYZ”
