MAJOR PROJECTS UNDERTAKEN

ICDS PROJECT (Excel macros and VBA)

Worked as a Consultations Associate for ICDS, (Integrated Child Development

Services), in Maharashtra. This was a World Bank funded project with initial
motives of creating a self-sustainable pension plan for the volunteers of ICDS. This
project also involved deep analytics, data warehousing and foreseeing the progress
to check if the independently cycles without human interfacing. The data coming in
was humongous and processing it took hours with multiple macros running
simultaneously.
Some of the macros accomplish in minutes what previously required days by hand.
Some of the macros I developed involve automatically emailing information right
after it was processed. Mostly these reports were for Commissioner of ICDS who was
ultimately able to make a well aware decision for the workers and other employees
of the Anganwadi Committee.

INTERACTIVE VOICE RESPONSE (VB and Access)

IVR automates dissemination of information to customers via telephone. IVR was a

VB made application that integrates voice, data, and telecommunication. The
customer desiring information calls the organization and the call is routed to the IVR,
which guides the caller through a series of pre recorded prompts to find the
information he or she seeks. The IVR determines what a customer wants by
interpreting touch tone digits that the customer enters via the handsets.

EXPRESS TEST (VB and SQL)

This is an automated application running on VB that calculates the incentives in an

organization for each of the employees depending on the post their achievements
during that specific period of time. It create reports based on the employees and
shows their weakness and strengths together in which it also manipulate how much
more does the employee deserve according to the performance.

INFO-CELL (VB and Oracle)

Installed Windows 2000 and configured it as an Oracle server and connected over 15
computers over a range of a Kilometer which were communicating with a Visual
Basics program to computer and organize a whole Tech Fete in college. It also
implemented DHCP with over 5 switches to sustain the whole network.
