Meter Reading Module
Communicate to field level concentrators and
meters with the protocol driver modules (Modbus,
DLMS / COSEM, ANSI C12.x, MIOS and custom

Data Delivery Modules
The protocol driver modules enable connectivity
to a wide range of upstream /downstream
devices, and also have OPC-DA and AE server
interface enabled for communication to various
applications. SYNC 5000, along with the sister
product SYNC 6000 Enterprise Bus, also provides
for CIM connectivity for fast event and command
throughputs
Data Storage Modules
SYNC 5000 supports multiple RDBMS formats in
a distributed architecture including Oracle, SQL
Server and MySQL. It also supports a variety of
monitoring / analytical features including Data
logging, alarms and events logging.
HMI for configuration, monitoring,
control and reporting
The HMI makes available monitoring and control
of instantaneous values, alarms and event screen
and rich GUI. Configuration is also a breeze with
easy to use functionalities for mapping between
meters, channels, protocols and databases. The
modules also contains a reporting package with a
large set of pre-configured files, and provision for
customised reporting.
Notification Engine
The notification engine of SYNC 5000 provides
capability for intimating subscribers either
through SMS or email on events and alerts, on
