GENERAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

Know all men by these presents that I,Marry Vasant Reddy, s/o.
Marri Agi Reddy, age 54 years, occ: Business, R/o H.no. 6-3-
1097,Flat No,508,Garden manor Apartments, somajiguda,
Hyderabad, do hereby appoint and retain A, Purushotham, s/o.
Rajaiah,age 46 years, occ:Business, R/o H.No.38-16/90, Rohini
Colony, Sainikpuri, R.R District, as my true and lawful attorney to do
the following acts, deeds and things:

Whereas I being the owner and possessor of Land


Admeasuring 24, 737 sq. yds in S.No. 625 and 630 of Lalgadi
Malakpet Village, Shamirpet Mandal, R.R District has sold land to
P.Rajaih, s/o. Ramulu, age 40 years, Occ:Business, R/o. Flat N.o.
G1, Chanakya Shelters, Alwal, R.R District. Urgent agreement and
gave G.P.A to sell and register the plots I have also authorised Mr.
Paul David to collect the sale consideration of Rs. Three Crores from
P. Rajaiah and handed over six cheques each 50 Lakhs. Promissory
Notes, Agreement etc., The said two person P.Rajaiah and Paul
David colluded together and conspired with Vanka Pratap who is also
dealing with another part of the said land and cheated me and
misappropriated the said amount and denied tp pay thus created
breach of trust as such I hereby constitute and appoint
A.Purushotham as my G.P.A. to prosecute them and other persons
connected with the said property and to do the following acts.

1. To issue notice for return of documents i.e. Cheques,


Promissory Notes, Agreement etc.

2. Approach counsel for issue of notices and file criminal cases for
cheating breach of trust misappropriation against them.

3. To file complaint before Police and in Criminal Courts for


investigation and persue the matter.
4. To persue the Civil Suit O.S. No. 139/2010 filed by me against
P. Rajaiah and Paul David for recovery of the said amount on
the file of Hon’ ble filed by Paul David against P.Rajaiah on my
behalf and to give evidence on my behalf.

5. To engage counsel sign Vakalath Complaint and Affidavits and


depose before all courts.

6. To compromise on payment of sale Consideration and pass


receipt and withdraw cases.

7. To inspect and obtain certified copies of all documents from all


registration offices, courts and Govt. Offices.

8. To do all such other acts, deeds and things that are necessary
and essential for more perfectly dealing with the said property
and for recovery of sale proceeds as per the terms of the
agreement.

9. I hereby ratify all lawful acts deeds and things willfully done or
cause to be done by the said Attorney on my behalf by virtue of
this Power of Attorney.

10. I shall not inconsistently do act or cause to be done act or


things as enunciated above during the subsistence of this
General Power of Attorney.
