DEMAND SURVEY NOTIFICATION - SELF FINANCING SYSTEM

Andhra Pradesh Housing Board is intending to take up integrated (i.e. houses for all
categories) Housing scheme s Under Self Financing Scheme (SFS) on the land already
available with it and also on the lands proposed to be acquired. Applications are invited
for expression of interest for registration for allotment of houses to be constructed and
later on the same application will be converted into registration of their names and
lottery drawn thereon.

The applicants have to register their names by paying Name Registration fees
alongwith Application Fee (non-refundable) Rs.100/- for LIG, Rs.200/- for MIG and
Rs.500/- for MIG-III & IV in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of the Andhra
Pradesh Housing Board payable at Hyderabad. The registration fee will be adjusted
in the total cost to be paid, incase the applicant is successful in the drawl of lots.

 Income Limit per month for MIG-III is Rs.40,001/- and above, for MIG Rs.25,001/- up
to 40,000/- & LIG Rs.15,000/- up to 25,000/-. under Self Financing Scheme means
100% payment during construction period.

This distribution is purely tentative and can change on the basis of layout approved by
D.T. & C.P. Similarly, tentative cost can change which will be informed before
commencement of construction / allotment. The final cost will be determined after
completion of the scheme. A.P.Housing Board (Self Financing Scheme) Regulations 1997 and
amendments made from time to time shall be applicable. The notification shall not confer any right on
any applicant for allotment of a house/flat/.
Rule of Reservation is followed for allotment. 30% is reserved for women.
If the allottee refuses the flat after allotment or fails to pay the further amounts as demanded by the
A.P.Housing Board within stipulated date, the allotment will be cancelled duly forfeiting 10% of the
notified cost or the total amount paid by the Allottee which ever is lower. Any cancellation after 45 days
of the receipt of the allotment letter leads to forfeiture of EMD/Name Registration Fee as the case may
be.
Bank Loans : Facility available as per the income limits through Banks or Financial Institutions and the
APHB shall provide “No Objection Certificate” and Tripartite Agreement” for obtaining loans.

The last date for submission of filled in application form for the general public is : 14-
02-2011 and for Serving Defence Personnel is : 28-02-2011 upto 5.00 PM .

The filled in applications are to be submitted in the ir respective office of the Executive
Engineers (Hg) and also at nearby Axis Bank branches.
*Please Note: Land under acquisition: In case the Housing Board could not take
up the scheme within one year due to any of the administrative or technical or
legal reasons, the Name Registration Fee will be returned with prevailing Savings
Bank interest.
