Basis of piping Flexibility Analysis: This report is to show result of piping flexibility analysis which is
done according to Specification for Piping Flexibility Analysis(Doc no. 6719-SPC-PP-A000-10002).
Requirement of Stress Analysis: The stress analysis of the system has been carried out to check
the following points.
1. The stresses in the system for sustained, occasional and expension cases should be less than their
corresponding code allowable stresses.
5. The flange leakage checking for LNG lines and other highet P-T rating lines ( 900# and above).
6. The loads on connected equipment nozzles should be less allowable nozzle loads.
All load cases have been defined for different operating cases in CAESAR II Ver. 5.2 computer
software.

5.0 RESULT
5.1 All the pipes analyzed have adequate flexibility and strength in normal and occational
conditions.
5.2 Unloading arm L-0101A/B/C and L-0102 nozzle loads are within allowable nozzle loads provided
by equipment vendor.
