Present Job Resposibility-Plant Maintenance / Production

 Currently working as an Assistant Engineer in Solvent Extraction Plant, Refinery Plant and Boiler and
going thoroughly to enhance the production of the plant as well as developing the production related
reports.
 A strong ability to manage maintenances like preventive,breakdown,scheduled ,material requirement
planning etc.
 Possess to take immediate action towards production and maintenance in process industries and expertise
in running the business processes of maintenance and production thru SAP-PM/PP.
 Strong willingness to minimize energy, power and steam in process industries.
 Good in Steam Engineering comprising steam generation , distribution , utilization and energy
conservation like condensate recovery,trap systems,maintenance of control valves etc.

SAP-PM Implementation Project

▪ Possess a good background implementing knowledge towards PM in Accelerated SAP in the Lakshya
Project as a committed and competent Core Team Member in Lakshya team.
▪ Possess a good mapping knowledge between all business scenarios and also module integration in the
travel of eight months journey towards SAP-PM,CO,PP,QM,MM implementation in Ruchi Group.
▪ Now I am looking very vividly towards all the business transaction thru SAP and have taken the
Responsibility of PM in Sriganganagar unit after the successful post golive.
▪ At the time of project implementation I was working in masterdatas preparation,cleanising and formatting
in masterdata template and preparation of configuration requirement.
▪ I have also known the five phases of implementation and done work accordingly and looked after in the
IT of MM,CO,FI,QM & PP.
