cA visit to this manufacturing facility in Bangalore will give the visitor how the General Manager of the

Unit is leading the food technologists in to giving all the customers a Brand Name that can beat
the cof Gujarat.
The Chairman of the unit the son of Deve Gowda who ruled with out any ask er recruited hundreds
of staff and many workers who paid lakhs of rupees for a job are drawing hefty salaries and doing
hardly any work.

The Marketing is so bad that all the outlets where the above carry home sweets are sold are most
disappointed with the Management.This company has very poor marketing strategy and untrained
marketing staff.

The most favored items sold are not in stock in wanted packing's.The customers take what ever in
stock of the items.The company's marketing strategy is poor.The products sold are the result of few
food technocrats efforts.

The old chairman after over 10 years of monarchy rule is replaced by the new party politician who
was elected by the share holders and he is another monarch now from the mining town of
Bellary,the famous Ballary Brothers who are in control of this company.The new Chairman perhaps
has seen lot of milk thought of spending few crore rupees to occupy this post of Chairman to further
spoil the company's progress.

This Company having its own manufacturing fecility in several places all over Karnataka and having
a good name has in its product range over 50 varities of sweets including Milk,Curds and Butter
Milk..

10 ) Milk and flavored milk as Vanila,Straberry,Pista,Badam.

11 ) Ice Creams in many varities such as Butter Scotch,Mango,Pista,Black Current,Draksha,Anjur,

12 ) Choclate Nandini Bite Brand.

13 ) Dairy Milk Powser. ( use as sugar & milk 2 in 1 ).

14 ) Curds - Heavy demad.

All the above are made by the company's various branches.A close examination indicates the
management's lack of quality conciouness in all these brands eaten by the public who do not know
like the management the QUALITY mark of ISO 22000 on the products.Even the selling outlets do
not know what is a quality mark.All the items shown in the pictures above if you can see them ( HUB
REMOVES PICTURES with out my knowledge.) are with out the ISO 22000 mark on them.Dail sale
of Milk is nearly 3 lac liters.Excess milk is converted to powder.Has over 3500 Crore sales.Their
Vision for future was 2004 as per their website.The new Chairman has not updated the Website.
