Here’s how it works….
You pay the Renegades $7 for each fundraising package sold. In return you sell them
for $10 each and keep the rest of the profit. The entire fundraiser will be set up for
you through a website titled Gadesgroups.com. Your organization will be given
their own password to log on to the website and purchase their tickets, where we
keep a record of how many you sell. We even make a flyer for you promoting your
night! All you need to do is get the word out to your supporters!

served by a Leo’s waiter exclusively

LEO’S TABLE FOR 2 – $125

Looking for a night out on the town filled with fun, great
food, and most of all priceless memories to share with
your significant other? Then the Renegades have the
answer for you! Come check out our new Table for Two
also catered by Leo’s Italian restaurant. You will be seated
at an intimate table on the skybox level, while enjoying
an elegant Italian meal prepared for just the two of you;
perfect for a first date, or even to celebrate a special
Anniversary! Along with this wonderful meal, you will
both receive Renegades hats and your very own
personalized scoreboard message.

SKYBOX LUXURY SUITES

The Renegades offer two fully
catered skyboxes that are available
to rent on a nightly basis. A menu
will be provided to you upon
booking your event. Your group
will be able to choose three starters,
two salads, three appetizers, a main
dinner option, a dessert option,
and ten (10) six packs of beverages!
Our skyboxes are newly equipped
with central air and flat screen TV’s
with remote access. There is also an
elevator for handicapped patrons as
well as restrooms that are exclusively for skybox-level patrons and personnel.
Skybox 6: Accommodates 20 comfortably and for an extra fee you can fit up to four
more. $900
Skybox 7: Accommodates 15 comfortably and for an extra fee you can fit up to three
more. $750
Skyboxes will be an additional $100 on all firework nights.

GROUP PICNICS
Thinking about a great way to thank your clients, celebrate a birthday, show your
appreciation to your employees, or just get a bunch of friends together in a new and
exciting environment? Then why not have a picnic at Dutchess Stadium? There are many
options to choose from. All picnics are fully catered and your family and friends will be
talking about it for years to come. What more could you ask for? Good food, good fun,
and good times, all at a great price!

LEFT FIELD
OPTION 1* – $20 per person
An hour and a half before the game until the first pitch, your group will enjoy their
picnic on the left field patio. An all you can eat buffet with traditional stadium fare will
be provided to your guests, along with Pepsi products. This option includes a ticket to the
game in the Left Field patio.
OPTION 2* – $25 per person
Your group can enjoy their picnic an hour and a half prior to the start of the game and
have it last until the seventh inning! This second option also includes a ticket in the Left
Field patio.
* Each option has a minimum 25 people or 125 in order to have the area exclusively.
* 50 people minimum on weekends.
* Maximum number of people is 150+.

PRE-GAME PICNIC* – $20 per person (includes a Reserve Grandstand ticket)

An all-you-can eat buffet with traditional stadium fare will be served from an hour and a
half before the game until the first pitch. Your picnic will take place directly outside of
the season ticket holder gate in our new pre-game picnic area. Afterwards, your group will
be seated in our Reserved Grandstand section.
* 20 people minimum.

RIGHT FIELD – Lower Deck – $25 per person

In our new premier right field lower deck, family and friends can enjoy their meals from
the all you can eat menu! There’s no
way you will leave the ballpark hungry
if you choose this option. You and
your guests can also enjoy sitting in the
only area of the ballpark that has
access to shade due to our brand new
awning. You can purchase single tickets
for this area, or you can purchase 100
and have it exclusively for your group.
For just $25, you and your guests can
eat like kings an hour and a half before
the game through the seventh inning.

The menu for all of the Picnic areas

is as follows:
Hot Dogs, hamburgers, cheeseburgers, chicken sandwiches, pasta salad, baked beans,
watermelon, chips, and Pepsi products.

GAME DAY GROUP EXPERIENCES

ANNOUNCE “PLAY BALL” – $50
Have you ever wanted to announce those famous words “Play Ball,” in a packed baseball
stadium before the start of a game? Well now is your chance! Prior to the first pitch, a
member of your group will have the opportunity to get the ballgame started by
announcing PLAY BALL!

PRE-GAME CATCH ON THE FIELD – $100

Give members of your group a night they will never forget as they take the field at
Dutchess Stadium for a pre-game catch. This exciting opportunity is available for a
maximum of 20 people and will take place after the visiting team concludes batting
practice. The special pre-game catch will take place in Left Field for about 15 minutes
before game time. During this time your group will become a part of the pre-game
festivities and will be the envy of other fans entering the stadium.

CEREMONIAL LAST PITCH – $100

What would any great baseball team be without the help of their closer? This unique
option gives one member of your group the chance to take the field following the final
out of the game and throw out the ceremonial last pitch.

LAST GROUNDOUT – $100

Is there someone in your group that has always wanted the chance to take the field like a
professional baseball player? If the answer is yes, then the Last Groundout would be the
perfect experience for them. Following the final out of each game, one lucky member
from your group will have the opportunity to come down to the field, while a member of
the Renegades staff hits a grounder and your group member fields it, throws it to first and
gets the last “out” of the game.

BE YOUR OWN FAN BUCKS

Be Your Own Fan Bucks are a great way to treat your employees or clients to a fun night
at the ballpark. They are available in $1 and $5 denominations and may be used almost
anywhere inside the stadium, for food, merchandise, entertainment, playland, and
parking!

GROUP PICTURE ON FIELD – $25

After each home game your group has the opportunity to have its picture taken on the
field in front of the video board. While your picture is being taken, we will feature your
group name on the video board behind you. Your group photo will be taken digitally
and then emailed to you after your outing to share with your group.

GROUP T-SHIRTS – $15

Are you looking for a great way to remember your night out at Dutchess Stadium? Order
a Renegades group t-shirt and show your group pride! The front of our t-shirts features
the Renegades logo while the back will have your group name or slogan. All t-shirt orders
must be placed and paid in full at least two weeks prior to your game date.

PRE-GAME PERFORMANCES
NEW to the 2011 season are our nightly Pre-Game Performances! Bring your organization
out to one of our 38 home games and let them showcase their skills on the field prior to
our game. We even have a special performance package rate just for you! So whether you
have a cheerleading squad, dance team, or a karate academy the Renegades want you to
come out and show us your talent!
Special Performance Package - $10 per person

SPECIAL SCOUT NIGHTS

SCOUT NIGHTS – June 22, June 28
Tickets to the above nights are open to any level of scouting for just $5 for each
General Admission ticket and $7 for each Reserved Grandstand ticket (adults and
children included). You can also purchase a scout package for your group. For $12
you will receive a General Admission ticket, a hot dog and soda voucher, and a
Renegades hat. For just $2 more, you can upgrade to a Reserved Grandstand ticket,
and you will still receive a hot dog and soda voucher, and a Renegades hat. There will
be a pre-game, in uniform, on-field parade on these nights. Make sure to be in the
stadium one hour prior to game time in order to participate in the parade.

ALL-SCOUT SLEEPOVER – July 2

For the third year in a row the scout sleepover will take place on a Saturday! Every
scout that signs up for the sleepover will get the experience of a lifetime! The price of
the sleepover is $16, and includes snacks, games, prizes, a scout badge, a continental
breakfast, and of course the mascots will be there!
*This does not include your ticket to the game

BIRTHDAY PARTIES
This year we have two different options to choose from. You can purchase our NEW
Premium Birthday Party Package, or you can go with our traditional Birthday Package.
Either way your kids are guaranteed to have the time of their life here at the Dutch!
Premium Package – $25 per person (10 person minimum)
Each package includes:
• Reserved Grandstand Ticket
• A Pre-game picnic in the Birthday Party Area, which includes hamburgers, hot dogs,
chicken sandwiches, chips, and Pepsi products
• A wristband for Playland (enables you to go in the area all night)
• A special Renegades gift
• Birthday child will be brought on the dugout for the “Happy Birthday” song during
an inning break
• Scoreboard recognition for the birthday child
Traditional Package – $17 per person (10 person minimum)
Each package includes:
• Reserved Grandstand Ticket
• Food Voucher (hot dog, cheeseburger, hamburger, or chicken sandwich) which
includes a small soda and bag of chips
• Two vouchers for Playland (each voucher is good for one ride)
• A special Renegades gift
• Birthday child will be brought onto the dugout for the “Happy Birthday” song during
an inning break
• Scoreboard recognition for the birthday child

RASCAL’S KIDS CLUB

The Hudson Valley Renegades are pleased to announce that the Rascal’s Kids Club will be
FREE for the third year in a row!
By signing up for the Kids Club each child will receive:
• Official Membership Card
• One free General Admission ticket for selected games
• An invitation to exclusive Kids Club only events

RENEGADES BASEBALL BUDDIES

Prior to every Renegades home game, one
youth tee ball, baseball or softball team will
have the opportunity to take the field with
the Hudson Valley Renegades. As a part of
our Baseball Buddies Program, your child
will be recognized along with their favorite
Renegades players prior to the national
anthem. A minimum of 15 tickets purchased
is required to be eligible for participation.
Baseball Buddies is based upon availability
and limited to one team per game. Dates
book fast, so call the ticket office today to
schedule your Baseball Buddies outing!
