Issue: Complete Update Of The Town's Comprehensive Plan - Plan Warrenton 2040

Background: Plan Warrenton 2040 is the updated Town of Warrenton Comprehensive Plan. The Planning Commission held a public hearing
July 21, 2020, eight work sessions and the input of a Planning Commission work group, with a revised document presented
January 26, 2021. Additional comments were invited by February 8, 2021 before final action on February 16, 2021 when the
Planning Commission certified the plan for the Town Council.

Discussion: Plan Warrenton 2040 may be viewed in full on the Town website at:

Financial One of three primary drivers of Plan Warrenton 2040 is Fiscal and Economic Resiliency. As such, the document provides goals
