Foreword

This text is not intended to be a prescription; the author cannot do anything for the reader. Energenetics or dna hacking explores the nature of consciousness and free will. Everything is regarded as potential teacher, and as illustration of the root of reality. The technologies introduced here may provide contexts through which to view the fundamentally and overwhelmingly inexplicable. Rather than a prescription, this book offers encouragement to put various tools and practices together in whatever way best suits you an individual expression of the principles of being, and of being conscious. Embracing the energenetic process, after all, is about individual clarity and empowerment, which is translated and resonated to the rest of humanity and the noosphere. You already have everything you need for the journey of life: life itself. DNA hacking is about taking responsibility for your time on and with Earth, and creating a meaningful experience for yourself during this time.

Introduction

At some point between time zero and now DNA emerged as the essential biological building block and information hub of organic life. From water-dwelling single cell organisms to flora, reptiles, mammals and man, DNA has always been there and has always been evolving, even in this moment. Such is the nature of nature. Nevertheless, it seems the collective attitude regarding evolution points to an understanding that humans have achieved its zenith. Perhaps physically, superficially, our bodies have evolved to be the most efficient for navigating and tending the planet. However, if anything has proven evident over the course of human history, it is that our collective consciousness has not yet reached its potential. No doubt there have been those throughout time who seem to have embraced an expanded awareness of reality, but this has not yet been a specieswide phenomenon. The tools for this next step in our evolutionary journey are present, but because this is an evolution of perspective, environmental pressures will not instigate the next leap forward. Principles of nature have shown that life originates from within: trees emerge from seeds; reptiles from eggs; mammals from the womb. Adhering to natural principles, consciousness finds its root somewhere

within the human. This means that the spark of the evolution of consciousness will be born through conscious intent.

DNA: Then & Now

Imagery and historical artifacts have revealed that ancient peoples learned about, and learned from their DNA. Anthropological studies have classified this group as shaman, and their practices as predating modern religion, psychology, medicine, and botany. Shaman were able to direct various processes and plays, in ordinary and nonordinary reality, because they integrated their lives with "the felt presence of experience", rather than solely social memes. Shaman across time and space used their own bodies and minds as labs and developed a form of alchemy by experimenting with different plants and technologies, noting the changes in their consciousness and the consequences. They experimented with different plants based on locality, and soon discovered which plant, or parts of which plant, or combinations of which plants would yield beneficial results: biologically, psychologically, and ultimately holographically. They also provided an avenue for shaman to access their DNA, as any survey of shaman art and symbolism would attest.

Shamanic cultures worldwide feature images of snakes, ropes, vines and ladders. The snakes, ropes and vines often times come in pairs as to resemble ladders, which accurately and strikingly resemble the modern rendition of the same symbol the double helix. The symbol of the ladder appears to represent the axis mundi seen elsewhere as the world tree, even the cross a line that connects the heavens and the underworld with the world of Earth herself. Shaman use technologies to reach the axis mundi and then choose to rise to the higher planes or descend to the lower ones in order to gain knowledge about themselves, their tribe, and their surroundings, both physical and etheric. This has been told and retold through fiction and nonfiction, and in stories that fall between. After exploring many of these artifacts I entered the lab of my body-mind and verified for myself the relation and revelation particularly of snakes and DNA. It was undeniable. Before we go any further, however, let's be clear: higher and lower or heaven and underworld are simply labels in place for descriptive and cognitive distinction. Each is unique in the perspective that they provide the journey (wo)man, but both remain a part of the holistic and holographic experience. Neither is better than the other; neither is worse. One is needed for the other to exist like the essences of Yin and Yang, Night and Day: two apparent opposites

that interact and coexist to form a singular model another concept revealed to explorers by DNA. Singularity, a theory recently discovered by modern science, was known to people in ancient times, just as DNA was. However, at some point in the history of humanity an event occurred which caused these two vital truths to be forgotten. As the impression of interconnectedness of (wo)man with nature and (wo)man with (wo)man faded, it gave rise to selfishness and a reductive worldview, producing violence toward Nature and toward one another. So sever is our amnesia that mistreatment of others and ourselves are simply accepted as part of our culture, our humanity.

Like the rediscovery of the singularity, DNA has only recently been uncovered (1953). However, it is presently understood and regarded within a narrow and exclusively scientific context. Though science appears to be playing catch up to ancient comprehensions, the forefronts of the field strive toward the singularity once again. The innovative technological frontier was able to utilize hard wiring present throughout the globe to create a space for information storage and sharing that could be found on line. Today the World Wide Web

is everywhere, as information can be shared wirelessly, not just on hard lines anymore. As the Internet continues to evolve and expand it is increasingly difficult to deny its resemblance to the original wireless information storage and sharing system DNA! DNA is the flawless system of information related processes. It is the foundation for organic life as it enables and encodes the evolution of all species -- of life itself. Ancient people understood DNA as the source of life and from that springboard they were able to understand perceptions and perspectives of which modern science is apparently, finally, scratching the surface. As time is our measurement of change, and as these changes occur in cycles on the microcosmic and the macrocosmic scales, one can see the progressive sciences as signifying a return to the source of all that is: a holographic singularity; a unified field of fractals that connects (wo)man with (wo)man, (wo)man with nature, mind with matter, and everything with no thing. Perhaps, unfortunately, contemporary society is in the dark when it comes to the vast and intimate knowledge of our genetic/energetic foundations, as the eyes and ears have been turned outwards for such a long time they seem to be stuck in place. Humanity has long forgotten, even repressed, the wealth of wisdom that comes with

intimate communication with ones DNA, the core of ones being. Therefore, it is up to the individual to discover, engage, and encourage their deoxyribonucleic acid in order to create a life of his/her choosing and meaning.

The following tools and technologies may provide access, assistance, and/or avenues along the journey

Tools and Technologies

Entheogens Entheogens (becoming divine within) seem to be the most powerful

tool for revelatory experience. Their use can produce a supremely direct and unavoidable impact while experiencing them, and such experiences may remain in the forefront of consciousness after time because of their alien and overpowering nature. Though undeniably powerful, human consciousness is still levels above the influence. The plants are consistent in their nature, but the consciousness ingesting

them must be receptive in order for the deepest work to be done. There can take place an exciting symbiosis where ones entheogenic experience can widen the boundaries of consciousness, which in turn allows for a greater depth of experience in both daily life and during the next trip. A case may also develop where one is aware of the truly and literally awesome power and experience of the entheogen, but somehow does not download the experience. Instead, they merely stream it, needing the material substance itself to feel the feelings and live the lessons that the rich experience offers. This is unfortunate because it is an incomplete story

Entheogens may be the most powerful ego busters, Logos initiators, and reality shifters, but without the receptivity to download and store the information consciously, much of the information shared will not be consciously utilized thereafter. It is up to the ingester, the participant, to decide what to do with what has been revealed. This tools and technology section began with Entheogens because of their direct, dramatic, and dominating effect on human consciousness. The entheogenic experience feels so demonstrative that one has no doubt that one is on something, or more appropriately, a part of

something. (If one explores the depths, an impression is received of being fractal with everything via DNA). Though entheogenic substances may offer an intense path to the realms of expanded consciousness/awareness, which in turn allows for communication with DNA, there are a myriad of other possibilities to unlock this vibratory frequency. The author believes that it is each individuals responsibility to find a blend of techniques that works best for the reader, and though these tools and techs may differ in application, they all point toward an ultimate effect: accessing the depths of consciousness and experience so that one may learn from, and work with, it. These techniques come from all times, places, and cultures and at their roots they point at the same thing programming consciousness, communicating with DNA.

Meditation A practice that has remained a foundation in Eastern esoteric and

mystical practices is meditation in all of its manifestations. It seems that the word meditation connotes the images of a (wo)man sitting in lotus position vocalizing a mantra or visualizing a picture or silently contemplating. In this thought flow, however, the concept may be

most synonymous with passive awareness, a phrase introduced by Jiddu Krishnamurti. This description of meditation contrasts the traditional definition of quieting the mind, itself being an active effort. Meditation, in the sense of awareness, does not seek to empty or quiet the mind; in fact, nothing is sought at all. Rather, one (s mind) acquiesces to what is, and allows thoughts and perceptions to flow freely. No judgments are made, as one simply watches the mechanism of ones mind. This type of meditation may be more appropriately termed awareness because it allows one the time and space to understand the myriad aspects of oneself better. One is not looking for or at anything specific, instead one watches their mind as one would watch the wind, or waves crashing on the beach. Like the crashing waves, thoughts may be teeming with life below the surface, so feel free to follow any thought and accompanying feeling you like to learn more about it, and ultimately about yourself. Once this tech becomes familiar one can expand one's attention to include not only the movement within, but also a confluence with the movement without. This provides accessibility to the recognition of synchronicities, which help reveal the true and playful nature of a fractal reality. As one is more perceptive and receptive of/to the movement of their mind, one gains an enhanced ability to

communicate with ones subtlest aspect, due to the infinitely expanding insight into this very self.

Yoga In addition to passive awareness, there are a variety of technologies

and techniques from the East designed to facilitate the perception and refinement of energy. Perhaps the most popular expression of these practices is yoga. Originally developed as a technology to unite with the divine, today yoga is mostly associated with physical movements that reap physical and physiological benefits. Though the postures one can find in any health club are meant to tone the body and calm the mind (nervous system), they are part of a larger system of energy perception and refinement and can lead to such awareness without adhering to a traditional system. Like any technology mentioned in this text, practicing yoga alone will not bring the intimate knowledge of ones self and ones reality, but it can help to facilitate the process. The various postures and breathing techniques applied in yoga prime the body for an enhanced energetic experience by breathing and stretching life into it, and preparing ones body for an energy uptake that is the product of expanding consciousness will facilitate the

process. As one is better equipped physically for perceiving energy they can then use the energy within to heal themselves and even others, with DNA programming serving as the underlying mechanism. As the body becomes more adept at handling energy, ones vitality increases, put simply. And if ones vitality is expanded, one can experience this playground Earth and the game known as Life to the fullest.

Qigong If one extends ones gaze even further eastward, one finds a similar
energy practice derived from the Daoist culture known as Qigong. Qigongs aim is similar to Yogas: it encourages the union with infinite and primordial energy (Qi/Prana/Vibration). These technologies differ

in their actual physical applications: Yoga may focus on static postures and breathing whereas Qigong manifests slow, flowing movements and emphasizes energy sensation within the practitioner. A helpful insight

in Daoist tradition is the significance of water as a model for living. This is a fantastic and enjoyable embodiment of Qigong practice. Qigong allows for such a seamless flow from one movement to the

next that each movement is a parcel of the greater (and greatest) movement.

Sonic Healing Music provides yet another avenue for DNA hacking. The varying
frequencies of vibration can affect human consciousness, itself a radio/transistor for the various frequencies of the universe, in a very apparent manner. If used in a meditative context music can provide fantastic visuals and dream like states of consciousness, in addition to being a potential meeting ground to ones cellular reality. As the catalyst of dance, ecstatic feelings occur as one merges, through sound and movement, with the flow of nature. Social consciousness can melt away and each strand of DNA dances along, lighting up every cell in ones body. As the body is guided by the music, the cells too are programmed and charged with ecstatic energy. Dancing til you trance has been seen traditionally in cultures with a living connection to nature, in shamanic rituals, and more recently at raves, but as one really connects with their inner reservoir of energy, one may be able to feel that ones cells and DNA, the energy of ones spirit, never has to

stop dancing. Binaural beats offer another auditory avenue toward DNA communication. The mechanism works by listening to an audio track playing two tones at different frequencies, one reaching each ear when wearing headphones. The brain then makes up for the difference in tones by producing a low-frequency beat that repeats as the track is being played. Depending on the frequency of tones being played, differing states of consciousness can be produced, including states of deep relaxation. In fact, many nap tracks utilize binaural beats to help nappers fall fast asleep and rest well. Binaural beats also lead to brainwave entrainment the synchronization of brainwaves which occurs during prolonged and mystical states of meditation, dreaming, journeying, etc. These tracks can be combined with meditation, sleep, or even used as a warm up of sorts before any such practice.

The Natural World

When humankind first graced this planet we were immersed in nature, and we were nature. As (wo)mans ego social consciousness grew the

gap between human and mother nature was born, and also grew. This experience has snowballed to such an extent that a conscious effort is being made to preserve nature and, in fact, preserve the Earth of which humanity is a part, not a possessor. Since the original break between (wo)man and nature mystics have emphasized the value of nature to the mystical spirit within. Buddha found himself receptive to enlightenment at the Bodhi tree, Jesus spent forty days fasting in the desert to prepare himself for his destiny, Kabbalistic practicioners study the tree of life, and Daoists regard nature as an unbridled manifestation of deepest reality as well as a magnificent teacher. Indigenous cultures the world over employ vision quests in order to initiate children into adulthood, where personal responsibility and destiny is understood. These vision quests include forays into nature for as long as necessary until ones ultimate nature and calling in life is revealed to them. Modern vision quests can use the same framework as traditional ones, and can also employ other techniques and tools such as entheogens, yoga/qigong and meditation/awareness. The basic point is to get inside the outside and accept the nature around and of you. Beaches, mountains, lakes, deserts and forests are all perfect and harmonious embodiments of the Dao the natural way of the universe - and one

can find serenity and wisdom when a part of nature, for originally one was nature and to this day one remains nature, whether conscious of it or not.

Fasting The holographic healing impact of fasting has been known to humanity
for thousands of years. (Wo)man has observed that when an animal is sick it will often not eat until healed. This seems to stem from the fact that digestion requires a major amount of bio-energy from each cell, and the animal instinctively allows its cellular energy to be used for healing rather than digestion. Fasting cleanses both the body (unconscious) and the mind (conscious), and it comes as no surprise that fasting has a spiritual legacy throughout the course of history perhaps the most famous case in the Western world being Jesus fasting period of 40 days in the desert, where he came to terms with his demons and his destiny. A weakening of perceptive faculties is the first side effect of fasting, this due to the conservation of energy by the body. Senses lose their sharpness, and blend into one another, as the perception of reality blends into itself. An effect of the multidimensional cleansing aspect of

fasting are cleaner communication lines with ones self, ones source. This is DNA communication, and allows one to create their experience of living. The key to achieve DNA communication through fasting is, as always, a conscious intent and a receptive consciousness.

Sleep Hacking Dreaming

Dreaming is a limitless frontier that can provide direct interaction with

ones DNA. Mystics and shaman have long held dreaming in high regard and it has seen its modern scientific counterpart emerge under the title lucid dreaming the ability to consciously control ones dreams. As overwhelmingly limitless as they may seem, dreams transmit insight symbolically, which stumps some dreamers who are not familiar with their self/source and therefore lack personal symbolic literacy. One must understand that nobody can interpret ones dream better than oneself. One, after all, experienced the dream and the dream came from none other than oneself! Honesty accompanied by receptivity harmonizes dream analysis. In order to facilitate lucid dreaming or dreaming awareness one can

initiate a few practices. Firstly one can intend to wake up in a dream as they fall asleep. Repeating intentions silently is a way to do this. One can also create a dreaming location from which they can begin each adventure in the dream dimension. This can be initiated by visualizing a scene in ones mind as they drift away to dreamland. The scene can be any location: a house, cave, cove, a playground wherever! When approaching dreaming in this manner, one should cultivate a meditative awareness deep, easy breaths and a passively observant consciousness. In addition to dream practices, one can facilitate dreaming by reprogramming their sleep patterns, experimenting with napping (polyphasic sleep) and sleep deprivation. There are also numerous power ups that aid in dream frequency and recall, both steps on the path to awareness in dreaming, including vitamin b12 and melatonin.

Afterword

Through my experiences communicating with my DNA I have found a

context through which I can view human consciousness comfortably, because it is a context that has room for the whole of humanity. DNA hacking but one context swimming in infinity - is comprised of material, immaterial and original aspects of our nature, and builds a bridge between our archaic and modern aspects. Tim Leary referred to us as organic bio-computers, and the description seems appropriate given our current relationship with technology. We are continually

running numerous processes in both the back and foreground of our consciousness. The fundamental processes found in the background

are biological and therefore rooted into our hardware, our autonomic nervous system. The processes taking place in the foreground are

rooted in our consciousness, or our software, rather than our hardwired biology. The ability to program our foreground processes

(free will) is what defines us as a species - it seems that other species of organic life are preprogrammed to run the processes they run: trees convert CO2 to O2, bees make honey, birds fly south in the winter. Humans, however, have the unique and glorious ability to program ourselves to run whatever software we choose. We are all equipped with the same cellular hardware, but we are able to decide how to use

it and how to relate it to our software. Institutions and authorities have used software programming to achieve their own agendas, however, the premise of DNA hacking encourages the individual to take responsibility for the worldview programs they run. The moment I decided to take such responsibility I was confronted with and experienced things literally beyond anything I imagined I could imagine. I cannot fathom the life I led before assuming

responsibility for the software I was running, and now literally inhabit a vastly different and creative world. I repeat here what I laid out in the beginning of this text nobody is living your life besides you and therefore nobody can possibly give your life majesty and meaning but yourself. The process of creation begins with learning about the

multiple layers of yourself, from your social attention to and through DNA. As you become more familiar with your multidimensional

energy, attractive forces are awakened inside and out, allowing for a path to unfold where fulfillment, meaning, ecstasy and glory make their home. You have the ability to share a home with this realm of consciousness, and the choice is always available, inside you.
