FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Oakland, California.

March 1, 2011

In an historic first meeting, medical Cannabis testing laboratories in California

have joined forces to address the growing need for standardization in the
cannabis quality assurance industry. Laboratory operators from CW Analytical,
Pure Analytics, and Steep Hill Laboratories met to discuss policies and
technologies in the evolving industry.

"This alliance establishes a basis for the evolution of an improved scientific

approach to protocols and procedures our laboratories perform. The more we
standardize our protocols the more we truly serve our industry and the patient
community, " said Dr. Robert Martin, co-founder of CW Analytical.

Several Southern California labs have also expressed interest in building a

cooperative industry group. The group is open to all cannabis quality assurance
labs serving clients in California. The mission of the organization is to promote
sensible and consistent testing methodology between the labs, and to act as a
forum for inter-lab communication and conflict resolution.

Pertaining to the group, David Lampach, Co-Founder of Steep Hill Lab said “We
are honored and excited to sit down with our colleagues in a spirit of cooperation
to encourage the betterment of our industry as a whole.”

Samantha Miller, of Pure Analytics adds, “Pure Analytics is pleased to support

the effort to build standards, cooperation and transparency within our industry
and the Cannabis community at large.”

The group has chosen Association of California Cannabis Laboratories,

ACCL as its name.
