Unit Five Curriculum Outline
„How We Organize Ourselves‟
Dear Parents,
We are starting our new unit
under the transdisciplinary theme
of ‘How We Organize Ourselves’.
The central idea for the unit is:
“The exchange of goods and
services affects people‟s
lives.”
Within this unit the students will
learn about the provision and
exchange of goods and services.
We will explore the roles of
consumers and providers and will
explore how availability of certain
goods and services impacts
people’s lives.
