Before using any process, make certain you understand it thoroughly before you use it!

Do not just blindly follow a procedure without verifying that it is correct. The following is
one person’s suggestion. Does it work? I don’t know. The original author claims it
does.

Just what is this Federal Reserve Bank Routing - Account/Bond number?

Example Back of SSN Card:

F14416314
The letter “F” represents the Atlanta, Georgia Federal Reserve Bank
The Routing Number of that FedRes Bank is: 0610-0014-6. Strip away those dashes it becomes= 061000146
The 8 digit numbers after the letter “F” represents an account/bond number within the Atlanta FedRes Bank.
In order to have the necessary 9 digits for our account/bond number we must add a “0” (zero) which then
becomes = 014416314.

In this example our FedRes Bank – account/bond number is: 061000146 - 014416314

Include an IRS 1040-V along with the newly created A4V presentment/coupon.
This represents a new way of doing our A4V discharge/settlement process without using our SSN.

Hand write as much as possible, assuming that your handwriting is legible!
