Major Duties:
 Will be responsible for arranging/booking training venues for smooth execution of training

and training program is executed in smooth manner.
 Will be responsible for lodging, boarding requirement during training programs planned
for participants across India
 Will be coordinating with vendor for content creation, external trainers, availability of

material well before start of training.
 Will be collating attendance, feedback and PTR(Post Training Report) received from
internal/external trainers and publishing monthly learning dashboard to senior
management team.

1. Incumbent will be required to take/make Inbound/Outbound calls handle incoming
contacts through various channels & capture the QRC (i.e. Query Request Complaint) on
each call/contact/transaction.
2. For Voice - Take inbound calls & capture the QRC on each call. Also would be required to
capture the ‘Voice of the Customer’ (VoC) on each call, in form of short SMS format notes.
