Key Responsibility of the Role
This position shall assist in the following activities:
1) Preparing documents and drafting letters for MD & CEO.
2) Preparing mails and sending communication on behalf of MD & CEO.
3) Data management via excel and word documents, paperwork, filing and data presentation.
4) Calendar management of MD & CEO, including interviews, department meetings, external
customer meetings, etc.
5) Managing and co-ordinating travel bookings/visa arrangements etc.
6) Helping Dy. CEO & other Departments as and when required.
7) Receiving the clients/other dignitaries visiting MD & CEO’s office, interacting with them and

Key Responsibility of the Role
This position will drive the implementation of several key projects to support the launch of
business and to support growth plans of the organisation, with significant business benefits,

controls and compliance. The Program Manager will bring structure and discipline in project
management function by implementing projects within time and cost constraints while ensuring

also include aiding in the negotiation of contracts and contractual changes and coordinating

Key Responsibility of the Role
This position is responsible for ensuring that the Enterprise Management System selected by the
Company is designed, implemented, monitored and managed in a superior manner using the best
practices to automate the proactive monitoring of all IT systems and components (such as Data
Centre and Disaster Recovery Site equipment, network, security etc.) including automation and
monitoring of the IT help desk and automation and monitoring of the vendor SLA’s.

To manage the compliance and regulatory requirements within the Branch underwriting team -
Responsibility shall include ensuring compliance of internal guidelines on underwriting, report any
