3) Union
Affiliation:
• The
committee
decided
that
we
should
affiliate
with
the
SRC,
QMU
and
the
GUU.
4) Society
Affiliation
and
Co-‐operations:
• It
was
decided
that
Isolde
should
be
the
Politics
liaison
to
the
Model
United
Nations
• We
also
decided
that
we
should
co-‐operate
with
any
other
societies
that
our
comparable
to
ours,
such
as,
but
not
limited
to,
• AEGIS
• Amnesty
International
• Economics
Society
• Economic
and
Social
History
Club
5) Finances
were
discussed
and
Ben
gives
Heather
the
Treasurer’s
Report
for
the
period
of
January
2010
to
May
2010.
6) Fundraising:
• Bake
sales
were
proposed,
location
possibly
outside
the
library,
between
the
hub
and
the
library.
• A
proposal
was
made
that
when
the
society
uses
money
on
society
events,
we
can
charge
non-‐members
a
small
participation
fee
•
