Our client is a fast-growing Group who focuses their business in Real Estate, Construction, Building
Material, and Finance. With the aim to be the leading economic Corporation in Vietnam, they are
developing a strong brand of sustainable development with culture and human values.
To fulfill their very promising business plans and strategies, our client is urgently looking for the
right Chief Executive Officer who takes the highest responsibility of the whole Group’s operations.
The detailed Job Description is as follows:

Location: Hanoi

Duties and responsibilities

1. Take the highest responsibilities in organization, management and administration of all
production, trading, investment activities of the Group in line with the Board of Management’s
(BOM) strategic orientation and the Group’s Charter and regulations.
2. Establish, plan, develop long-term business strategies as well as goals, action plans for short
and medium terms to implement such long-term strategies.
3. Ensure the growth goals as requested by the BOM on the following aspects: sales, revenue,
profits, product and service quality; Manage and develop all assigned resources
4. Formulate organizational structure and operation of the Group and subsidiaries; Recruit
talents to work in the Group.
5. Build the Group’s culture: Standard, Friendly, Fair and Competitive.
6. Advise the BOM on investment plans in order to maximize profits.
7. Other duties as prescribed in Law on Enterprise and relevant laws, the Group’s Charter, the
BOM’s decisions and responsible for all assignments to the BOM and the law.

Qualifications and requirements:

1. Male, aged from 31 to 42.
2. A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Trade, Marketing or Investment
Economics, Master in Business Management from famous universities would be an advantage.
3. Minimum 05 year working in equivalent leadership position (General Director/CEO) in
companies of minimum 200 – 300 employees and Group-structured companies.
4. Previous experience at management positions in such fields as Investment, Trade and
Marketing (prioritized in Real Estate, M&A)
5. In-depth knowledge in one of the Group’s key businesses including Real Estate, Finance or
related industries.
6. Excellent communication skills are required.
7. Good presentation skills, negotiation, teamwork skills, able to work under pressure,
proactive, willing to travel regularly (domestic and overseas)
8. Strategic planning, business planning skills
9. Investment analysis skill, market and macro-policy forecasting skills
10. Competent in listening and speaking English or Chinese language.

11. Able to boost up the Group’s business

12. Able to lead, execute and accurately forecast.
13. Have extensive relationships with ministries, governmental departments, agencies and key
accounts.
