CONCEPT:
OBJECTIVE:
13To provide better service to people.
But then looking @ todays market where people arer going in for
saving due to recession which has had its impact on each & every
country & later the resources available for us, this concept of selling
hot and fresh break fast in the early hours of morning struck us. We
found the concept unique and also challenging. A proper market study
was done at Joggers Park, bandra; Shivaji Park, mahim; five gardens,
wadala; priyadarshini park and worli sea face, we concluded
maximum population could be targeted at Shivaji Park, pdp and worli
sea face. But on 26 th january due to the ban of all stalls everywhere
else, we set up our business at five gardens.

MARKET RESEARCH
RISK FACTORS
For every business there are certain risk factors involved and this is
also true our business. Our business has some serious risk too which
are stated below:
Wastage: Wastage also did happen on the days when the whole
stock did not sell. The waste included paper plates and plastic
glass in which the food was served. The waste was collected in
a black garbage bag and was disposed at garbage collection
point provided by BMC at dadar shivaji park.
TEA- tea the preferences were different, where some liked tea
with sugar and some without sugar.some even asked for
coffee.
PRICING:
Pricing which has got to do much with our turnover & so we kept our
margin @ the lowest level possible, because if one has to
remain/survive in the market for a longer duration or retain the
customers & attract more customers, the profit margin should be kept
at a reasonable rate

MARKETING FACTORS
As our main usp was service and quality so marketing department had
a major role to play. Promoting our products was the only option to
increase the sale. So two people from the group were given the job
just to market the product.
Also some promotional strategies like wearing a white t-shirt with the
company name and post engraved on it were some promotional
techniques. Also the hired car had stickers stuck on it giving details
about the menu and the project. Also good communication skills were
a promotion plan to attract more customers. Making use of modern
and innovative techniques were part of the markteing plan.
Product:
The products selected were decided according to the research
undertaken. Everything served by us was home made and
hygienic which attracted customers. Also the paper plates,
spoons and glasses were clean and of good quality which
created a good packaging.
Price:
Pricing which has got to do much with our turnover & so we
kept our margin @ the lowest level possible, because if one has
to remain/survive in the market for a longer duration or retain
the customers & attract more customers, the profit margin
should be kept at a reasonable rate.
Place:
According to the research undertaken at Joggers Park, bandra;
Shivaji Park, mahim; and five gardens, wadala, maximum
population could be targeted at Shivaji Park. The walk-way
around the ground perimeter is crowded with people taking
walks, especially in the mornings. Many young cricketers come
for morning practice and could be targeted easily. Similarly
teenagers, mid aged and elderly people come for morning
walks.
Promotion:
Wearing a white t-shirt with the company name and post
engraved on it, sticking stickers giving details about the menu
and the project were some promotional techniques. Active and
good communication skills were undertaken by the marketing
guys by referring every prospective customer as ‘sir’ or
‘madam’.

CONCLUSION
In our 4 days of business, we learnt a lot about entrepreneurship. We
came across a lot of problems but some quick thinking and creativity
came to our rescue.
In the last three years of our education we have not come across any
such project which gave us so much of practical knowledge about our
subject. During this period of recession when people are loosing their
jobs, Entrepreneurship is best option. This dosnt mean that earlier it
wasnot givn importance, but now people would realize that one can
earn money not only by working 4 others but also by doing their own
business. It was a great learning experience. It was a experience we
will surely remember for ever
