REQUEST FOR UPDATE: Third-Party Services Questionnaire

Dear Colleague,

We are currently compiling the Aircraft Maintenance & Engineering Directory 2005 (the Directory is
now in its ninth edition) and we are offering companies who supply third-party maintenance and/or
engineering services to other airlines and/or aircraft operators a FREE editorial directory entry.

Published in April 2005, the Directory will carry articles on worldwide MRO developments and industry
reference information, together with comprehensive data on the major players in the industry. We hope
you will want your company to join with the many other organisations keen to promote themselves to the
MRO industry.

Contents will include:

• Overview feature looking at MRO trends plus industry reference information.
• Directory of airlines, listing their maintenance and engineering capabilities and personnel.
• Listing of airline fleet data, providing details on aircraft types and engines, and world fleet data
providing information on the numbers and types of commercial aircraft in operation.
• Directory of third-party maintenance, repair, overhaul and modification facilities worldwide.
• Directory of manufacturers and suppliers of maintenance and hangar equipment and systems as
well as service companies, such as consultants, manpower services, hangar designers, e-
commerce services, software providers, etc.

To make certain your company is listed, please complete the questionnaire enclosed and return it to us
as soon as possible. Please duplicate the questionnaire if you require more space or have other
subsidiaries or associated companies and require more than one entry.

It would also be very helpful if you could send us information on your company and its activities and keep
us on your mailing list for future press information you may release.

Copies of the Aircraft Maintenance & Engineering Directory 2005 are being mailed on a
complimentary basis to senior engineering personnel at every major airline throughout the world.
Although we cannot send you a free copy, we are offering a special pre-publication price of
£85/US$145/€145 each, including postage (price on publication: £90/US$150/€150). As last year, we are
planning to include an 'electronic book' version on a CD-Rom with each Directory. Should you wish to
order, please complete the relevant section in the questionnaire and we will invoice you closer to
publication.
