What is the meaning of Instructional Technology?


is an effort with or without machines .it is made of the things of learning .
It is materials which are used in learning .and the purpose of instructional
technology to make education more productive in education .It is the
theory and process of design,management the process of learning .Also,It
refer of learning system on leaning organization.It is the best way to built
good education system depend on Internet and on line things.It also it use
a highly development tools with every field that deal with in order to make
work much easer to every body use technology.

"There are two views for the definition of technology. Traditionalists view
it as the systematic application of science to practical problems. A more
contemporary view is that technology is the application of knowledge so
that it can be built from one generation to the next (Braudel in Seels &
Richey, p. 7). The second view is not synonymous with integration,
although it certainly does have implications for integration, but in a
systematic way. As such, technology includes tools, processes, applications,
skills and organization. Technology in education or instruction is more
than the technical application of tools, machines, computers, products and
communication systems (such as multimedia, computerized instruction,
games, simulations or interactive video). It also encompasses the
"application of the principles of science in order to solve learning

The skills are several skills that i learned in this field which are HTML
codes, photo shop ,etc.Farther more Instructional Technology connected
with many field for example ,Education ,Business,Design include selection
of education system ,depend on evaluate learning process,knowledge
student,teacher and web designer by using Internet tools.it depend on
collected data and analysis the information.Characteristic
values.Instructional Design support instructional technology by make
system flexible to workers in any field.The operational objective contain
terminal behavior.Instructional Technology depend on evaluation skills of
learner and write objective for lesson plan for learner.learners who study
instructional design must be knowledgeable what they are expect to learn
in instructional Technology.It makes work much easer by using up date
technology . It influence student to be motivated by using Internet and on
line classes.

This paper focuses on the theories and benefit of connecting technology to


education and theories with field of instructional design .Also, the result of
changing education system that could effect learning process. This paper
mention how to acknowledge learner to depend on themselves to become
educated ,be motivated to have responsibility of their learning, interactive
because they depend on them self. This study aims to let student build
connection with his old experience but in order to complete this process,
teachers must provide them with a good environment.
The goal of this paper to manage and establish connection with
constructivism theories. This technology support education environment
and learning distance. Tam in this article raises many question in his
article to generate main idea of constructivism, learning design and
education.
This paper focus on five steps:
Started with basic meaning of constructivism.
Discussion result to modify the basic learning strategy in order to crate
learning environment.
The specific function of technology to support the construction of best
learning environment. This
design learning depend on influence the student that depend on

Constructivism is evaluated and identify some problem that force in
education system and learning.
The other defined the meaning of constructivism, it is so important in
education. It is the way of knowing the learning material and teaching
system and understanding constructivism view its impact teachers to be
ideal when they learning student .Also the advantage of it depend on this
four question:
The author asked some questions that related to education which is:
What is the meaning of learning?
What is learning processes?
What is teacher primary role in learning process?
What can the teacher do to carry out that role?
Then the author answered all this questions. Also, Tam provide other
people ideas to support his answer.
The author mention how constructivist could solve some of learning
problem when student using their knowledge. Collaboration which
depend constructivist support that learners learn with interaction from
their teacher. constructivism and Instructional Design .It depend on
arrange classes and support teaching and lead them to ideal way of
teaching system depend on it. Also it depend on learning theory. Effective
design can not be effective an less we do some reflection that depend on
learning theories of design.
Also the author discuss ,traditional education technology values of
communication, reliability and control (Heinich,1984) share with seven
primary values of constructivist values of collaboration, personal
autonomy, Active engagement, and pluralism.
The traditional approach of instructional design witch a bear on the
instructional system (such as content, the learner and instructional
setting). Procedural ID models performs how a task and are formulated to
similarity and explain the series of complex processes .( Bagdonis&
Salisbury,1994).
The traditional objective . Also, Teachers want to develop learning
environment and let it flexible to student. The other descript many
constructivism values might influence instructional design .

Instructional design are working to develop more constructivist
environments and instructional descriptions. This study focus in reality of
learning and flexibility of learning. Communication in learning depend on
develop children skills on communication not just on sharing idea. Also,
Teachers face many challenges is teaching is not depend on talking process
but it also depend in using computers in class so student can collected the
data and solve problem and pick up the best solution that make leaning
depend on self esteem on teaching. Central strategy of leaning is depend
on using video Internet emails we have to encouraged student to use this
things to take benefit from this things. The author describe the
disadvantage of using constructivism technology on learning .On line
learning make student connect with everybody all over the world, and
sharing research and discuss some issue and work together as a grope to
solve it
The author describe the advantage of changing learning and how is default
to evaluate leaning and use technology in our class. The other give us some
good strategy to built good education system.
