 Functioning as Maintt. Engineer in the main Starch Plant at RIDDHI
SIDDHI GLUCO BIOLS LTD, Gokak (Karnataka) collaborated
with Roquette Group, FRANCE (Formerly a GLAXO Group
Company.)
Technical Skills:
 Expertise in implementing cost saving measures to achieve
substantial reduction in terms of man-hours, maintenance cost, raw
materials and energy consumption.
 Maintenance experience in plant equipment like- pumps, agitators,
gear boxes, separators, grinders, conveyors, (Belt screw and
bucket), centrifuges (Buckau wolf make & whirler make),
crystallizers, spray driers, flash driers, wetter driers, hammer mills,
blowers, Reciprocating compressors (75 cfm), screw compressors
(500 cfm) each Two NO’S, chilling plant (40 TR) & cooling towers,
steeping vats, filter presses etc.,
 Worked in various project works like increasing the capacity of LG
plant from 100 tpd to150 tpd, erecting of fine grinder (ANDRIZ),
installation of new bio gas engine.
 Significantly benchmarking the process steps & related equipments.
 An effective communicator with excellent interpersonal & relationship
management skills
 Capable of managing the tasks related to implementation of
ISO/HACCP.
 Proficient in managing the entire operations entailing quality, process
effectiveness, man management etc to ensure a hassle free
functioning of the process.
 Handling of all maintenance related activities independently, solving
all operational issues, management.
