• CHC, Concentric Harmonic Cycles Methodology
The CHC Methodology enables companies of all sizes to efficiently connect Strategy to Tactics
to Operations in a straight-forward and clear way using the IT/BI Platforms to materialize this
connection.
This methodology was successfully applied to Lojas Riachuelo, the 2nd fashion retailer in Brazil
(One Billion Dollar revenue per year company) using the SAP/NetWeaver 2004 Platform.

• EBS, Enterprise Business Structure Concept

The EBS Concept brings to light the design of a Business driven fully integrated I.T. Architecture
based on the convergence and application of BI+BPM+ERP+SOA disciplines. CHC
Methodology being used to merge the above mentioned disciplines and bring EBS Concept to
reality.
