On this 5th anniversary year that the Alamo Angels have come to spread the
Word through their music at the Lighthouse Fellowship Chapel, we are
especially blessed to be able to extend our ministry of the Word through
music to all seven churches in the Harper Community. We thank the
Pedernales River Chapter of Thrivent Financial for Lutherans for their
ongoing and continuing sponsorship of the mission of Dreams Fulfilled
Through Music and the opportunity to share our gifts, talents and hope
with our many friends in Harper.
 The Alamo Angels and the Mosaic Ringers are
musicians with varied special learning needs and
abilities. Many of these talented individuals
perform throughout South Texas and the nation. In
addition to sharing their talents with civic and
community groups, both the Alamo Angels and
the Mosaic Ringers participated the Crown Ridge
Music Festival in San Antonio the past three
years where every participant earned excellent
and superior awards for their performances.

In 2010, the Alamo Angels Accordion Orchestra was named the only performing ensemble
of it’s kind in the world by the American Accordionists’ Association. Since 2005, members of the
group have competed and performed in Dallas, TX; Buffalo, NY; Washington, D.C. Memphis, TN
and Hershey, PA. Each year, they compete and provide community service by performing for V.A.
Hospitals and nursing homes at home and in the cities where they travel.

The MOSAIC RINGERS are comprised of individuals receiving services through MOSAIC -
which is a ministry of the ELCA dedicated to providing a life of possibilities for people with
intellectual disabilities.

Dreams Fulfilled Through Music is registered 501(c)(3)non-profit charitable organization

that develops personal accomplishments, social growth and self-esteem of persons with special
needs through adaptive music education, music therapy, teacher training and student performance
opportunities.

Funded primarily by private donations and special contributions by area businesses,

corporations, and other non-profit groups such as Thrivent Financial for Lutherans, The Alamo
Angels and Mosaic Ringers are delighted to share their musical gifts today and we pray that God
would continue to bless us as we go on to share with others. We are delighted that 2011 marks the
first year that our ministry in Harper is now extended to include all seven Churches in the area. We
extend our heartfelt appreciation to the members of the Lighthouse Fellowship Chapel of Harper
and Thrivent Financial for Lutherans for their support of the musical ministry of Dreams Fulfilled
Through Music. In order to help us receive the matching funds through Thrivent, we ask that
