Introduction :
Logiciel SolidWorks
SolidWorks est un logiciel de conception paramétrée 3D en mécanique, fonctionnant
en environnement Windows Il permet de définir rapidement la géométrie volumique
d’une pièce en s’appuyant sur des volumes élémentaires appelés fonctions, dont la
description est paramétrée par cotation ou par des contraintes propres telles
qu’horizontalité ou verticalité, ou relatives à d’autres entités géométriques

But de TP :
Réalise trois pièces par rapport SolidWorks et simulation, c’est une étude
statique qui applique d’un matériau avec des force s et créer le maillage pour
exécuté les calculs ; dernier étape de TP Enregistrer la pièce sous format STL,
puis l'ouvrir avec le logiciel Repetier-Host.

Réponse des trois questions :

1- Que constatez-vous ?
L exécutions de résultat de maillage dans les 3 pièces est de procéder a une
simplification d’un système par un modèle représentant ce système et
éventuellement, son le milieu, dans l’optique de simulations de calculs des
contraint et déplacement avec déformation ou de présentation graphiques ;
donc en remarque que la contrainte augmente dans la pièce 2 et 3 par rapport
pièce 1mais la limite élastique reste toujours stable dans les 3 pièces

Dans la pièce 2 la contrainte augmente par rapport pièce 1 et la limite

3- Que constatez-vous ?
La contrainte augmente dans la pièce 2 et 3 par rapport pièce 1mais la limite
élastique reste toujours stable dans les 3 pièces ; la distribution des
contraintes n’est pas uniforme plus n’ont pas dépassé la limite élastique dans
les 3 pièces

Et dans les propretés de masse en remarque que la masse et le volume de la


pièce 1 plus grand par rapport la pièce 2 et 3 ceci et causé par l’enlèvement
de matière dans la pièce 2 et 3

4- Comment expliquez vous le fait que le temps alloué à la


fabrication de là pièce-03- soit plus important que
Celui de la pièce-01- mais légèrement moindre que celui de la pièce-02- ?

En remarque dans statistique imprimante que le temps d’impression diminuée


dans la pièce 2 et la pièce 3 par rapport pièce 1 et ceci a cause de l’enlèvement
de matière dans la pièce 2 et la pièce 3 couche par couche
Conclusion :
SolidWorks Simulation est un logiciel de calcul par éléments finis intégré à
SolidWorks2. Il utilise les fichiers pièces il intègre des études dans chacune
desquelles sont définis les matériaux, les chargements, les conditions aux limites
ainsi que les paramètres de maillage et d'analyse 3. Les résultats sont contenus dans
un fichier portant l'extension CWR.

p ou fabrication additive regroupe les procédés de fabrication de pièces en


volume par ajout de matière en couches successive depuis une modélisation 3D, par
opposition à la fabrication soustractive .permet de réaliser un objet réel : un
concepteur dessine l'objet 3D grâce à un outil de conception assistée par ordinateur
(CAO). Le fichier 3D obtenu est traité par un logiciel spécifique qui organise le
découpage en tranches des différentes couches nécessaires à la réalisation de la
pièce. Le découpage est envoyé à l'imprimante 3D qui dépose ou solidifie la matière
couche par couche jusqu'à obtenir la pièce finale
