There may be conflicts with some video cards. The video driver
must support OpenGL. Make sure that you have the most current
drivers for your video card installed. You can find the most current video card
drivers by contacting the manufacturer of your video card. If you are using
a computer purchased from Dell, Gateway, Hewlett-Packard, Compaq, or any of
the major desktop/laptop manufacturers, you should contact these vendors
for driver updates for your hardware.

KNOWN ISSUES

Cinema Tycoon 2: Movie Mania saves your current game data each time you quit the
program.
If you happen to quit the game and restart again very quickly, the game could
still be in the process of saving your data and not load immediately. Please
wait at least 10 seconds after quitting before restarting.
For the reason stated above, please wait at least 10 seconds after quitting the
program before beginning the uninstall process if you wish to remove the game
from your system.
UPDATES

TikGames occasionally releases updates to our games. If an update is available,
simply download the new version and install it. If you have already
purchased Cinema Tycoon 2: Movie Mania, your license will be automatically appli

to the new version - no additional actions will be required.

SOFTWARE LICENSE
The software is the property of TikGames, LLC and is protected by copyright law.
The license grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-subl
icensable license to install, copy, and use the software, as described below.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The software product is provided "as is" and at your own risk, without warranty
of any kind, either expressed or implied, regarding the operation of the softwar
e product, including warranties of merchantability or its fitness for use for an
y particular purpose. TikGames, LLC and its suppliers will not be liable for any
incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the so
ftware. The entire liability of TikGames, LLC and its suppliers under this agre
ement shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the software that
causes the damage.
RIGHTS:
Under this agreement you are permitted to:
(i) Use one copy of the Software on a single computer.
(ii) Make one copy of the Software for the purpose of backup.
(iii) Share Unregistered (ie. Free) copies of this software with other end users

(iv) Upon purchase, use one copy of the software for as long as the product is s
upported.
LIMITATIONS:
Under this agreement you are not permitted to:
(i) Make any copies of the software, except for personal backup purposes or as d
escribed above.
(ii) Transfer, distribute, modify or translate the Software, or any portion ther
eof, except as described above.
(iii) Disassemble, decompile, or otherwise reverse engineer the Software or any
of its data in any way, shape, or form, for any purpose, including, but not limi
ted to, the purpose of gaining access to the Source Code.
(iv) Distribute add-ons or levels of any kind for use with the Software.
(v) Distribute, or attempt to distribute, License Codes for this product to any
other party.
(vi) Use this software on more than once computer simultaneously, if you make a
copy on another computer as a backup of the Software.
(vii) Use the Software for any commercial purpose.
GENERAL
This License Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California
without regard to principles of conflicts of laws and shall inure to the benefit
of TikGames, LLC, its successors and assigns.
Any disputes relating hereto shall be adjudicated in the state or federal courts
in the State of California, and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdictio
n of said courts. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any
provision of this License Agreement, or portion thereof, to be unenforceable, t
hat provision of the License Agreement shall be enforced to the maximum extent p
ermissible so as to effect the intent of the parties, and the remainder of this
License Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
