Q1. What are different modes of thinking and their characteristics? Also explain the effect
of modes of thinking on organizations.

Q2. Define ‘Management’ as ‘joy of living’. What are the implications of this definition for
managers? Cite some recent corporate examples about their attempts in this direction.

Q3. Explain the concept, ‘India is a matrix society’. How this concept is useful for ‘diversity
management’ in Indian organizations and multinationals operating in India?

Q4. Present the typology of values in terms of market values, social values and spiritual
values and show their relationship with three worlds – views viz. Capitalism, Socialism
and Spiritualism. What are the implications of this typology for business corporates and
other organizations?

understanding individuals, enterprise performance and cultural context.

Q6. Explain the concept of 'Rotating the Pyramid' showing its linkage with Omega circle
