The project describes about how SHOPPERS STOP providing best services to the
customers to retain them in a long run. The 60% of the business comes from loyal customers.
To find the potential customer and to maintain a long term relationship with them to become
loyal customers to our organization and we can accomplish organizational goals. This project
includes different questions like Merchandise, Latest trends, How far it from your place etc., to
know customer preference and to get feedback about the organization. We can also get the
information where we have to improve and giving some suggestions to the organization to
maintain loyal customers.
