Role in FedEx
Business Development
• Hands on experience in sales function and have demonstrated ability to generate leads, pitch on
value proposition and perform gap analysis
• Complete Export/Import Shipping documentation and functionalities.
• Have diverse knowledge of Indian and global business models pertaining to Air Express Industry
and have undergone extensive training in different aspects of business.
• The role involves a thorough research process, where a detailed analysis, mapping of customer
requirement model with that of the company interest.
• Concentrating on key accounts assigned in a territory and driving the business.
• Coordinate with other departments to bring out the best solution for the customer
• Analyzing the historic trading trends with FedEx
• Building positive relationship with key client personnel
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Also have involved in costing and scheduling pick – ups and deliveries for newly launched FedEx
flight in Bangalore.
• The scope also includes developing strategies and team orientation to achieve common business
