Allotment Rules: (a) No participant can participate in conflicting moots; (b) when a participant is in preparation fo
below;(d) however, the same is subject to actual dates of release and competition;(e) any change will require particip
subsequent to the other release); (f) no participant will be allowed to take part in an open challenge when the problem
