DESIGN OF PROTOTYPE MODEL OF MODERN HOME WITH

FULLY AUTOMATED AND OPERATED ELECTRICAL HOME
APPLIANCES

ABSTRACT:
Day by day the usage of electrical home appliances may increase because of their various
different applications. But in some situations the controlling of these home appliances may be difficult
(contact with switches may be dangerous if there is any shorting). We can easily avoid these types of
difficulties by using automated controllable home appliances
In this modern it contains the Electronic code lock system, Laser guided
door opener, Automatic speed controller for fans and coolers, Automatic light control using 7806, Solar
panel based charger and small led lamp, Anti sleep alarm for student's, Automatic emergency light, Solar
lightning system, Short circuit protection in dc low voltage systems, Water level indicator with alarm.
The Electronic code lock system uses bistable multivibrators to build a 3-digit electronic code lock
this circuit can be adapted to any electronic gadget which needs to be protected from unauthorized
persons\access. And the second thing is Laser-guided door opener; this automatic door opener opener can
be made using readily available components. The electromagnetic relay at the output of this gadget can
be used to control the DC\AC door-opener motor of an electro mechanical door opener assembly, with
slight intervention in its electrical wiring. And another one is Automatic speed-controller for fans and
coolers IC 555 is used as an astable multivibrator to generate clock pulses and two IC4017B's can be
used as an counters respectively. And another one is Automatic light controller using 7806.by using this
circuit can be used for streetlights, tube lights or any other home electrical lightning system that needs to
be automated. Another one is Solar panel based charger and small led lamp and Solar lightning system
we can save our electric bills, failure of supply, this circuit mainly works on photovoltaic module or
Solar panel.
"Anti sleep alarm for students" saves both time and electricity for students, this circuit
mainly works on NAND gate IC CD4093, timer IC CD4020, transistor BC547, relay and buzzer. The
Automatic emergency light has following advantages mainly it turns on automatically when the mains
power fails and its battery starts charging as soon as the mains resumes. the Short-circuit protection in
dc low-voltage systems protect the main circuit from any damage due to short-circuit in the additional
power supply circuit by cutting off the derived supply voltage and by using "Numeric water-level
indicator" we can easily detect the level of water in the tank and it display in digital form.
