In coordination with regional program coordinator, I have been
engaged in organizing trainings for political parties’ workers and
chairing meetings of District Steering Committee comprised of
political workers from PPP, PML (F), PML (N) and JUI. Have also
organized roundtable meetings on Education, Role of Local
Government and Law and order under a Political Development
Program Supported by National Democratic Institute for
International Affairs. Under Voters’ Education Project, supported
by TAF (The Asia Foundation) to work for Free and Fair Elections
Networks across three districts.

Responsibilities Performed
Under the direct reporting of Managing Director -SEF, under took
various program initiatives at provincial level, coordinated at all
levels of the programs ranged from program Policy making to its
implementation in field, Financial management of program,
provided consultancy to program implementing partners /NGOs
on regular basis, Production of analytical reports for INGOs, gave
presentations to The World bank & DFID Department for
International development and the British Council teams.

Direct reporting to Project coordinator and MD-SEF during the
absence of Project Coordinator, supervised the database
management, Financial management, program record, analyses
of data collected from 120-Fellowship Schools time to time,
Production of analytical reports for out country donors. (TWB and
DFID)
Responsibilities Performed
Over all office management and field teams, formed 50- school
management bodies, field based surveys, implementations of
training events, remained extensively involved in policy making
activities associated with community empowerment and got the
schools registered with SED-Sindh Education Department Govt. of
Sindh, designed and initiated the community awareness
campaigns, i.e. women/child rights, child abuse and promotion of
Girls’ education at various forums.

Responsibilities Performed
Led and guided the field teams stationed at Khairpur, Hala &
Karachi regions, had an over all implementation responsibility of
100-Fellowship School program, remained extensively involved in
field based activities wherein raised the standard of girls’
education at primary level across the most deprived and
marginalized parts of rural Sindh. (Khairpur, Hala,Sanghar, Malir,
East-Karachi, Sukkur and Hyderabad).

Responsibilities Performed
Performed the role of an effective team member of the project
implementation team, in the establishment of 10 Fellowship
Schools in Khairpur District funded by DFID…. Department for
International Development, the British Council through SEF-Sindh
Education Foundation (GOS) under the direct guidelines of
Balouchistan Education Foundation and SOCIETY (NGO) from
Balouchistan province-Pakistan.
CONSULTANCY PROVIDED
Oct. 1998 to
2001 (HANDS) Health & nutrition development society, remained as
the partner organization of SEF in Fellowship program for Hala
Hyd.& Sanghar Districts in Sindh
(NOWA) Naz Old boys welfare Association, remained as the
partner organization in the same program for Khairpur & Sukkur
districts
(BEHBUD) Karachi. Remained the partner organization in the
same program for Karachi South & East slum areas.
(MASHAL) Education Society (Implementing partner NGO of ESRA
in Adult Literacy Project) in Sukkur March-2005
(NGO-CC) Gambat Khairpur to support flood affected population
being one of the senior board members.
During the years 1- Conducted and facilitated the Research Activities on the

2000, 2002 and topics of Community and School Financial System (WB-SEF),
2007. Exploring the quality of education within Govt. schools (SC-
UK) and done research on “What works in education and
why” (SAHE-OSI-Open Society Institution-USA).
