The That Free Thing monthly membership fee is to pay for full access to our lists and databases
of free products as well as the training products and educational material provided by That Free
Thing and its trainers. All active representatives may also participate in the That Free Thing
compensation program as outlined on our website.

Commissions are paid as outlined on the website. All Independent Representatives understand
BEFORE paying their administration fee, or before becoming a Member that there are NO
GUARANTEED EARNINGS.

Independent Representatives should not participate in That Free Thing under the expectation of
earning income without referring new Members. Neither That Free Thing, nor its
Representatives can guarantee "spillover" or earnings simply by becoming a Representative.

Most Representatives earn less money each month in the compensation program than they are
paying to maintain their Membership in That Free Thing, or recoup their administration fee, if
not an active Member. Although it is possible, That Free Thing Representatives should NOT
expect to make a profit simply by becoming a Representative as it is highly unlikely that will
occur.

That Free Thing Independent Representatives pay a $199.00 administration fee, which is non-
commissionable, for one year Independent Representative status. This fee is waived for That
Free Thing Members who choose to become customer / distributors. To continue with That Free
Thing as an Independent Representative, but without an active Membership, the $199.00 one
year administrative fee must be paid. Remember, this fee is COMPLETELY WAIVED if you
simply sign up at the $9.95 monthly level, thereby giving you all the rights of an Independent
Representative PLUS full access to our product.

No Representative should spend money that they cannot afford to lose to become a
Representative, either by maintaining their membership in That Free Thing, or paying the one
year administration fee. It is possible that you will NOT earn income as a Representative of That
Free Thing.
All Independent Representatives living in the United States are required to provide tax ID and/or
their social security number. Should their commissions exceed $600 for any calendar year, an
IRS form 1099 will be issued, as required by law.

That Free Thing aggregates and collects information from other sites on the internet and presents
this information to its member, representatives and affiliates. Our intent is to find offers that are
100% free without any cost to our members beyond our $9.95 monthly fee.

The information we provide may lead to web sites that charge your credit card automatically,
collect data from you, etc. Offers we present may also expire without notice. When joining That
Free Thing at any level, you agree that That Free Thing is to be held free from responsibility for
any and all materials, links, and charges that occur externally.

You understand that we may alter or change content at any time, and the sites that contain free
products and services may change at any time as well.

Compliance Policy

That Free Thing may change, alter, add, or detract conditions of representative status,
membership, products, services, and compensation at any time and for any reason. That Free
Thing reserves the right to terminate a representative or member at any time for violating any of
our policies.

Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to the Agreement, or the breach thereof, shall
be settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its
Commercial Arbitration Rules, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be
entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. If a Representative files a claim or counterclaim
against That Free Thing he or she may only do so on an individual basis and not with any other
Representative or as part of a class or consolidated action. Representatives waive all rights to
trial by jury or to any court. All arbitration proceedings shall be held in Brighton, Colorado,
unless the laws of the state in which an Affiliate resides expressly require the application of its
laws, in which case the arbitration shall be held in the capital of that state. The parties shall be
entitled to all discovery rights allowed under the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. No other
aspects of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure shall be applicable to the arbitration. There shall
be one arbitrator, an attorney at law, who shall have expertise in business law transactions with a
strong preference being an attorney knowledgeable in the direct selling industry, selected from
the panel, which the American Arbitration Panel provides. Each party to the arbitration shall be
responsible for its own costs and expenses of arbitration, including legal and filing fees. The
decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties and may, if necessary, be
reduced to a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. This agreement to arbitrate shall
survive any termination or expiration of the Agreement. Louisiana residents may choose
Louisiana law, jurisdiction, and venue.

That Free Thing and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and other representatives shall
not be liable for, and the Representative hereby releases the foregoing from and waives any
claim for loss of profit, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages which may
arise out of any claim whatsoever relating to That Free Thing's performance, non-performance,
act, or omission with respect to the business relationship or other matters between the
Representative and That Free Thing whether sounding in contract, tort, or strict liability.
