The Cloud 9 Ranch Office is campaigning for more
email address in the effort to go paperless. You
will receive statements, confirmation/receipts from
processed credit/debit payments, special events
through the year, and occasionally newsletters. If
you have not already sent us your email, don’t miss
another month. Send a request to be added to the
going paperless effort that will enable the Ranch to
save printing and postage costs by sending
paperless email transmissions to owners. Send

Join us on March 19th and 20th for the First Ever
Cloud 9 Ranch 3-D Archery Shoot!
We have had tons of cool door prizes
donated to be given away on both
Saturday and Sunday. You don’t have
to participate in order to get a chance at
the prizes. Raffle tickets can be purchased
at the Trading Post, Gas Station, Gate House and
the Ranch Office. All money from the sale of raffle
tickets goes to the Cloud 9 Ranch Fire Department.
Be sure to give a big “Thanks” to Rut n Strut,
Shaw’s Archery, Montey’s Surplus, Foster Feed,
Tecumseh Convenience Store, KT’s Café, Dukes
Hunting and Fishing, Mega Motor Sports, West
Plains Marine, Escape Outdoors, Herman Lumber,
and Air Evac for their support and donations.
These vendors will be on site during the bow shoot,
so please stop by and say Hello and remember to
thank them for their help and donations to the Cloud

Attention Horse Lovers
If you own a horse or just have the equine
world best interest at heart, join
the newly forming Equine Club.
We have a few collective members interested
in forming a Cloud 9 Equine Club. It is hoped
that we could have a few good rides together
this year and help Wrangler Billy with some of
the cleanup of the horse trials. If you are
interested in being part of the group, please

Pole Building
The New Pole Building,
erected February the 28th by
Farmhand Structures of
Bolivar Mo and paid for by
the Ranch Rider Club is in
use now. The Gehl Skid
Steer donated to the Ranch Riders Club by Tom
Riley of R & R Equipment Ft. Scott Kansas is being
parked inside. There is some material for building
work benches, etc also stored there.
Anyone who is wanting to donate material,
hardware, or tools to be used by the RRC on Ranch
projects, please contact Chuck at
ruckdeschell@gmail.com, see Barb or Dave
Gardner, or see Harry Bonham at the Ranch to place
your donated items in the building.
The building will be wired for 200 amp service very
soon and then chat fine gravel will be placed in the
building for flooring.
The RRC is raffling a very nice tailgate gas grill
from Bass Pro, and have tickets for the $1198.00
fifty / fifty. The RRC have nice hoodies, sweat
shirts with ranch maps on them along with T shirts
for sale. The RRC have a special deal on hats. Make
sure you have a RRC color map of the trails when
you go riding.
