General Instructions
1. Application form is common to all seeking registration with Taekwondo Federation of India (TFI)
under various categories.
2. All mandatory fields must be filled.
3. The State and District names are used in generating web-based 12 digits Unique ID Card No.
4. If a student is found having more than one ID Card or has submitted wrong Date of Birth, he /
she will be black listed till he / she attains the age of 17 years from the date of first ID Card
registered with TFI.
5. Submission of any wrong information shall result in cancellation of ID Card
6. Date of Birth once entered shall not be changed.
7. Applicant can either apply directly to TFI or through his State / District Taekwondo Association
or Approved Club.
8. Applicant should pay only the Fee mentioned on this form and take a receipt for the same.
9. Applicant can pay directly into TFI HDFC Bank Account No. 1432560007172 and enclose a
copy of the bank receipt along with this application form duly filled in and submit the same to:
Taekwondo Federation of India, # 312, Yashoda Krishna, East Circle Road, VV Puram,
Bangaluru, Karnataka 560004 (India).
10. The application form duly filled in should have the following documents annexed:
1. Copy of the Payment deposited into TFI HDFC Bank A/c
2. Attested copy of age Proof
3. Four (4) Passport size photographs one to be pasted and three annexed
11. TFI ID Card can also be generated online at TFI web-application www.tfiindia.com under New
Student Registration and making payment on line through payment gateway. The system will
generate ID card. This ID card is valid for 3 months accompanied by original Date of Birth proof.
The candidate has to apply for regular ID Card by submitting the following documents:
1. Copy of the ID card generated online.
2. Attested copy of age Proof
3. Four (4) Passport size photographs one to be pasted on ID card copy and three annexed
12. The incomplete forms shall not be processed and returned to the source.
13. ID card holder can logon to TFI web application www.tfiindia.com by entering his 12 digits ID
Card No. First name & Date of Birth to see his profile. He / she can update his Correspondence
Address and Other Information details.
14. Personal Information is not allowed to be changed at any cost.
15. For change of Permanent Address the applicant shall apply with NOC from the Current State
Taekwondo Association and pay fee of Rs 200/=.
16. Candidate can apply directly to TFI without NOC but new card will be issued after a period of
three months from the date of receipt at TFI Secretariat. TFI Secretariat is free to make enquiries
from the State Taekwondo Association before issuing a new card.
