action out to side with right hand. “Kia ita” – right hand on hip,
grasping action out to side with left hand. “Kia mau” - left hand on
hip, grasping action out to side with right hand. “Kia ita” – right
hand remains out, grasping action out to side with left hand ie: both
hand now out to side.
“Ita, ita” - raise clenched fists from the sides to the centre
of the chest and cross at wrists on last “ita”, “mau tonu” – free
style finish, (pukana, kneeling etc) no outlandish kung fu kicks etc.
