Joel Hughes - President & CEO

Prior to founding Openera, Joel Hughes served as President and CEO of SnowShore Networks
that was acquired by Brooktrout Technologies in 2004. Before founding SnowShore, Joel
built several other communications companies including ViaDSP (acquired by NMS
Communications) and DSP Software Engineering (acquired by Tellabs).

Jawad Ayaz - Managing Director & CTO

Jawad Ayaz has over 15 years of experience in telecom and wireless technology. Before
Openera, Jawad was the co-founder and CEO of IndTeleSoft from 1995. In 2000-2001, he
served as CEO of Xybridge Technologies, a US-based subsidiary of IndTeleSoft). At Xybridge,
he raised $19M in venture financing capital and negotiated and completed a sale of Xybridge
to Zhone Technologies. Prior to IndTeleSoft, Jawad managed a development team in Nortel's
Digital Wireless switching group. He holds an MSEE from the University of Texas and a BSEE
from Bangalore University.

Vinod Chandran - COO R&D Labs India

Prior to Openera, Vinod was a co-founder of IndTeleSoft and served the company as Chief
Operating Officer. Prior to IndTeleSoft, Vinod worked at Nortel Networks in various engineering
management roles. He holds an MSIE from University of Texas and a BSME from Bangalore
University.

Will Yapp - Vice President Worldwide Sales

Before joining Openera, Will Yapp was Founder, VP Sales & Business Development of ICE2go,
an early stage company providing hosted wireless data applications. Prior to ICE2go, Will held
a number of Sales and Sales management positions in the telecommunications industry
including NMS Communications and Voice Control Systems. Will has a BS degree from the
University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

Martha Groves, Chief Financial Officer

Martha brings over 20 years of experience in finance and management to the Openera team.
Most recently, Martha served as Chief Financial Officer of SnowShore Networks that was
acquired by Brooktrout Technology. Prior to SnowShore, Martha held senior management
positions at Charles River Ventures' CRVelocity and Novera Software. Martha has BA from
Middlebury College and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
