Das 15 amostras colhidas e designadas como diet ou light, apenas uma apresentou
açúcar em sua composição, conforme mostra a Tabela 1, essa amostra continha em seu
rótulo o termo “zero” açúcar, porém na análise foi possível perceber que estava em
desacordo com a descrição.
Cálculo ex:
x= 14, 1 mL

Amostra 3- zero 0 0 0
Amostra 4- zero 0 0 0

CONCLUSÃO
ANALYSIS OF THE CONTENT DIETARY SUGAR IN SOFT DRINKS AND LOW HEAT
(DIET/LIGHT )
ABSTRACT
This article relate a theme, to extremily importance about a way to use a diet and light
products, principal cooling drinks. Those drinks are using in a grate scale, for the world
population and for this reason, some considerations have to be analysing, with prupose to
evaluate, how much sugar, contains in those kind of drink´s, was study five marks, with
lemon flavor, to tree diferents share, beetween them, diet and light. This analysis, have

base in a Lane- Eynon method, where the reductors sugar and totals, was analysing.
Among this marks tests, only one nominated light, did show a peace of carbohidrat, goes
against the label. The other ones, wheres the lable show, light and diet, don´t appears any
diference. With this test, we can verify, althought the most of peace of drinks complains,
one not complains, and for this, show somw warning.
