the
instructions for resetting existing passwords to use the new encryption algorith

KNOWN ISSUES IN P6 version 6.2

==============================
P3 Import/Export
----------------
Prior to P6 version 6.2, you could import/export P3 data without having P3 insta
lled on your machine.
However, with P6 version 6.2, P3 import/export functions are disabled unless P3
is properly installed
and configured.
To enable P3 import/export:
- Install P3 before installing P6 6.2.
- Install P3 after installing P6 6.2, then register the ra32.dll, as follows:
a) From the command line, browse to the ra32.dll location
(default: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Primavera Common\Ra)
b) Enter the following at the command line: >regsvr32 ra32.dll
- If you do not want to install P3, you can instead have your P3 users use a
separate P3/XER import/export
utility available from the Primavera Knowledge Base. See prim73486 for deta
ils.
Changing the listen port for SQL Server 2005
--------------------------------------------
If you change the listen port for SQL Server 2005 from the default (1433),
you are required to install an updated version of sqldmo.dll on each client mach
ine
after installing P6 on each client.
From the following location, you can install an updated version of the Microsoft
SQL Server 2005
Backward Compatibility Components, which include the sqldmo.dll:
