We are Handan Xinxing Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd. Our company and Xinxing Ductile Iron Pipes Co., Ltd. belong to Xinxing
Group, which is the second largest ductile iron pipes manufacturer in the world.

Xinxing Pipe` s main business includes the production and sales of centrifugal ductile iron pipes, fittings, grey cast iron
drainage pipes, steel gratings, steel smelting and rolling products, foundry products, and so on, which currently has five main
product series:

Xinxing D.I. Pipes: the annual capacity reaches to 1.35 million tons, with size ranges from DN80 to DN2600mm and various
joints of T-type, K-type, S-type, N-type and anchored joint. The pipes are applied with various kinds of anti-corrosion
coatings, the internal lining can be cement mortar, epoxy bitumen, epoxy resin or epoxy ceramic material, etc.. The
production scale and comprehensive technical strength ranks the world leading position. The domestic market share has
been up to 40% , and 30% of the pipes are exported to 79 countries and regions in the world.

In the production factories under Xinxing Ducitle Iron Pipe Co., Ltd., all the equipments and machineries in their blast
furnaces, sinter plants, pellet plants, steel making and rolling plants, centrifugal casting machine and ductile iron pipe plant
are provided and built by our company: Handan Xinxing Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd.

Xinxing Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd. has a history of more than 50 years, we are the first passed approval of ISO9001 and
ISO14001 environmental protection system and OHSMS28001 profession, safety and health management system. Our
company belongs to Xinxing Ductile Iron Pipes Group Co., Ltd., we are one of important enterprises among 520 enterprises

Besides the above equipments, we can also provide service for the following fields:

‡ Complete Set Equipment for Ductile Iron Pipes: the company successfully developed the first national centrifugal casting
machine and the concerned equipment with water-cooled mould. In1999, it successfully invented the hot mould ductile iron
pipes manufacturing machine for DN1200* 8000 to DN1200* 8000. And the company won golden award of national
invention. The complete sets of Centrifugal Casting Pipe equipment and production lines have been exported to Malaysia,
India and other countries.
‡ Sinter Plant: linear and circular sinter machine, linear or circular cooler. Size varies from 30 to 140 m2, or bigger.
‡ Complete Sets of Equipment for Pelletizing: The self-designed and developed Pellet Production Lines with an annual output
of 0.30-5 million tons TPA , Our company adopts the Grate-kiln process, which has a high applicability of raw materials, and
use the gas from blast furnace as the resources of energy to produce high quality oxidizing pellet for the iron-making plants (
the ratio of Coke Oven Gas and blast furnace gas9: 1) , The company designs and sets over 30 of the pellet production lines
for domestic and foreign steel installed enterprises.

‡ Vacuum Lost Foam Casting: The company self-developed and self researched Vacuum Lost Foam Casting Process and
the lost foam Casting, which has been appraised by the experts as the white casting revolution in casting industry, and has
made a breakthrough in the single and small casting with high-efficiency. The main products include, the fittings, the
supporting of the rotary kiln of the palletizing plant, link joint of the chain cage machine, back plate, chain link, and cooling
wall of cast steel.
‡ Complete Set Equipment of Active Lime: Our company owns the technology of designing, assembling and trial of the
process and equipment of the active lime production line with an annual output of 150-330 thousand tons. It adopts the
advanced process of vertical pre-heater to rotary kiln to vertical cooling devices. And also the burning technology of the low
calorific value gas from blast is developed to apply for the roasting of lime in China. The company have made and installed
about the 40 lime production lines for more large domestic iron and steel enterprises.
‡ Complete set of steel making and steel rolling equipment: For many years the XXHM has established good relationships
with other iron and steel companies after providing them the excellent products in iron making, steel making, steel rolling and
sinter plants and is highly praised.
For the above fields, we can supply EPC or turnkey service, which includes design, engineering, manufacturing, equipment
and machinery export supply, erection, commissioning and performance guarantee. We can also supply complete line or key
equipments, and provide technical guidance work during civil, installation and commission period.

We have our own vast experienced design team with 210 designing engineers and engineering team with 45 experienced
engineers and 330 experienced engineering staff members to guarantee the projects to be successfully performed.
