EXODUS 20

THE TEN COMMANDMENTS

1 And God spoke all these words:
2 “I am the LORD your God, who brought you out of Egypt, out of the land of
slavery.
3 “You shall have no other gods before[a] me.
4 “You shall not make for yourself an image in the form of anything in heaven
above or on the earth beneath or in the waters below. 5 You shall not bow down to
them or worship them; for I, the LORD your God, am a jealous God, punishing
the children for the sin of the parents to the third and fourth generation of those
who hate me, 6 but showing love to a thousand generations of those who love me
and keep my commandments.
7“ You shall not Misuse the name of the LORD your God, for the LORD will not
hold anyone guiltless who misuses his name.
8 “Remember the Sabbath day by keeping it holy. 9 Six days you shall labor and
do all your work, 10 but the seventh day is a Sabbath to the LORD your God. On it
you shall not do any work, neither you, nor your son or daughter, nor your male
or female servant, nor your animals, nor any foreigner residing in your
towns. 11 For in six days the LORD made the heavens and the earth, the sea, and
all that is in them, but he rested on the seventh day. Therefore the LORD blessed
the Sabbath day and made it holy.
12 “ Honor your father and your mother, so that you may live long in the land
the LORD your God is giving you.
13 “You shall not murder.
14 “You shall not commit adultery.
15 “You shall not steal.
16 “You shall not give false testimony against your neighbor.
17“You shall not covet your neighbor’s house. You shall not covet your
neighbor‟s wife, or his male or female servant, his ox or donkey, or anything that
belongs to your neighbor.”
18 When the people saw the thunder and lightning and heard the trumpet and
saw the mountain in smoke, they trembled with fear. They stayed at a
distance 19 and said to Moses, “Speak to us yourself and we will listen. But do not
have God speak to us or we will die.”
20 Moses said to the people, “Do not be afraid. God has come to test you, so that
the fear of God will be with you to keep you from sinning.”
21The people remained at a distance, while Moses approached the thick darkness
where God was.

Jesus summarized the ten commandments into two main laws of love. In fact,
Jesus didn‟t change the ten commandments but He used the language of the
Heart in conveying the message of the laws. Jesus summarized the first five
part of the Mother Laws as Loving God wholeheartedly whereas the second five
parts of the ten commandments he called them as „loving each another”.
Jesus rephrased the 2nd five parts of the ten commandment using with
the language of the heart and He said, “ A new command I give :
Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one
another. By this all men will know that you are my disciples, if you
love one another ”
( John 13: 34 – 35 ).
The ten commandments are, in fact, the very laws of loving God and
loving each another. Jesus rephrased them as new commandments
into two summaries of laws of Love. He didn‟t cancelled out the ten
commandments , he rephrased them as in accordance with the new
covenant.
Matthew 22: 36 - 39 written by St. Matthew conveyed the same
rephrased of ten commandments where Jesus replied to the an
expert of the law question with the same answer.

Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul
and with all your mind (vs.37 ) . This is summarized from Exodus 20
: 3 – 12. Such summary He called the first greatest commandment.
Love your neighbor as yourself. (vs.39) This second commandment is
summarized from Exodus 20: 13 -17. All the law and the prophets
hang on these two commandments. (vs.40)

Why God doesn’t give us divine healing even after all good
confession have been done in accordance with Word ?
There are many witnesses about divine healing/miraculous healing.
But why He doesn‟t heal you ?
In answering this question, we all know that the atonement of sins
through Jesus blesses us even with divine healing..for it is included in
that atonement. It is prophesied by Isaiah that through His wounds
we are healed and when He incarnated as human divine on earth, he
healed all sick peoples who came to Him. And since he is the same
Yesterday, today and tomorrow..so we still can received His
miraculous healing through the manifesting works of the Holy Spirit
who is the Representative.
In my personal conversation with God, he told me that I inherited the
genetic codes from my ancestor (Adam and eve) which are subjected
to alterations, diseases, infections, and etc..etc. The consequences of
adam‟s sins and my sins caused my physical limitations…..i.e. death
and diseases. To be atoned doesn‟t mean that I‟m going to experience
immortality on earth and freedom from diseases since my genetic
codes are the corruptible seeds from fallen Adam. The prerequisite
of entering heaven doesn‟t mean that you are free from diseases and
death.
Entering heaven is having the purity of heart which is only attainable
through the atoning Blood of Jesus and cleansing power of the
Word. The main agenda of the salvific work of Jesus ON THE CROSS
is to teach our hearts to love God and to love each another….in
others word…having the Purity of Heart. (Matthew 5:8) And we
stumble on this commandments ..even we need the afterlife process
in purifying OUR Hearts…i.e…in purgatory. The lesson of the heart
purity on this earth might be incomplete in such a way that we even
might need another dimension of existence for heart purification i.e.
purgatory as taught by Catholicism.
To experience divine healing is truly a blessing but to learn the lesson
of heart purity is Blessedness as in a sermon of beatitudes‟ of Jesus on
Mt. Olive. Even
St.Paul himself who prayed many miraculous healings for other
peoples testified that he had infirmity in his body which God never
healed even he had requested and prayed many many times…and yet
he was not offended for he had learn the lesson of heart
purity..which the reason of salvation for it is the hearts of men that
God tries to teach every human being.
In St. Paul case, God intentionally let that infirmity inflicted upon his
body so that as the chosen disciple of the gentiles, he must have that
heart that always hoping for the things above which is incorruptible.
Such infirmity safeguarded his heart’s dependency upon God.
( Heaven) lest he be tempted and be ensnared by the desires of the
flesh. Such infirmity reminded him of his corruptible earthen vessel
and conditioned his heart as always treasuring the things above…that
helped him kept his Heart Purity.
To co-exist with Almighty God means that our hearts vibrate the same
vibrations with the energies of God‟s heart for how come we come we
to live with God if our hearts vibrate differently or opposite
vibrations? how come we co-exist with God if our hearts are not pure.
For it is written „ be holy for God the Father is Holy” and holiness is
the matter of heart purity as conveyed by Jesus who said, “ blessed be
those pure hearts for they shall see God ”. To see God means
coexisting with God.
Why Jesus commanded us to love God with all our hearts and loving
our neighbours as ourselves ? Because that is the very laws of
coexisting with the Tuhan -Holy Spirit.

The Fall of Man
Q1. What really happened when Adam and Eve ate the forbidden
fruits of the tree of knowledge ?
A1. To answer this question we must know their original conditions
of physical bodies,soul and spirit before their fall. The scripture
tells us that Jesus is considered as the second Adam which
means the first Adam was like Jesus . This is true because Adam
was created by God‟s WORD just the same as Jesus who was born
by the power of the WORD. Jesus was sinless and so did the first
Adam (before the fall). Before Adam transgressed the law of co-
existence with God in Eden, he was holy- - sinless. In other
words, he was full of the Holy Spirit. His spiritual ears can hear
God even he could spiritually converse with God. They had
communion - - fellowship…which meant they were talking to
each another. Adam was a vegetarian….he was naked and he
wasn‟t ashamed of that nakedness for nobody instigated him or
told that being naked was wrong so his conscience was very pure.
He didn‟t experience diseases and his mind and emotions were
divine conscious 24 hours. He was a Kadamuh kadmon
( Spiritual man). Please refer to the below table as to see the
changes of his conditions after the Fall.

Q2. If God is omniscience why did He seek Adam by calling “
Where are You? And even making the sound of walking in the
garden ? In genesis 3: 8-9

A2. It was not that God didn’t know the whereabouts of Adam
but it was due to Adam’s inability to listen God’s spiritually
for he was already spiritually died; the consequence of his
transgression resulted the holy spirit to depart from him.
The holy spirit was no longer available to Adam as the
BRIDGE of COMMUNICATION and thus forced God to make

Q3. If God commanded the Israelites as not to kill as
mentioned in Exodus 20 :13 “ thou shall not kill ” Why then
that YHVH commanded them to kill the heathens as in their
conquest of the promised Land ? Doesn’t it contradicting the
given Law ?
A3. In Genesis 9 : 6 God said, “ Whoever shed the blood of
man, by man shall his blood be shed ; for in the image of God
has God made man.” God is the giver of life and thus man is
forbidden to kill as according to their own judgement. Only
god who has the right to takes one‟s life. In referring to the
Gen. 9: 6 , it is understood that those who kill would be killed
by men also. Originally, god created man because of His Love
but since the fall of Adam it is understood that men would
killed each another for they were descendants of transgressor.
But when God chose the ancient Israelites as his chosen people
He gave them commandment which including “ thou shall not
kill “” for such act defiled the holiness of the heart as the sons
and daughters of God. The very distinguishing mark as the
chosen people of God, they must practice loving each another
which prohibited killing i.e. the very act of hatred and LOVE.
When God commanded Israelites to wipe out the
uncircumcised heathens/ Palestinians he didn‟t contradict
himself with the law as stipulated by exodus 20 :13 because it
was His command and He had the right to take men lives by
His command. In this case, the Israelites didn‟t transgress the
law for they were commanded by god with exact Guidance
from Prophet Moses for they were governed by God as
Theocratic nation. The Israelites didn‟t convicted murderer in
this case for they were shewing forth the glory of the Lord of
Armies. So, they were only forbidden to kill without God‟s
consent. It was very clear that the wiping out business was
God‟s plan and it was His Divine right to bring punishment
upon the inhumane cannibalistic and sodomistic
uncircumcised heathens. We must remember that such Law
was solely given to the Israelites. Such law was applicable
within Israelites communities since they were altogether as
chosen race. God permitted them to kill the surrounding
unchosen races. Not as God‟s family but Enemies of God.
Israelites in fact, didn‟t hearkened God‟s command to wipe out
the Palestinians not because they obey the Law “ thou shall not
kill” but to spare their lives as concubines and slaves. They
should have had wiped the out of the face of the earth since
they were God‟s enemies and trangressors of God‟s Laws which
were rightfully to be punished as outsiders of God‟s family. As
God he had the right to punish by commanding his chosen race
to kill the outsiders family. The law was for men and not for
Him for He was above the Law.

THE TOWER OF BABEL

Q4. Why God was so against with the homo sapiens

enterprise in building the city with tower that reaches to the
heavens that He even confused their one speech of language
into multiple languages ? What was wrong with that tower ?
and What was wrong with one language ?

To answer this question, I think we have to go back to the point

of beginning of creation when the whole thing is void and
black. As Supreme eternal God, automatically, Elohim Nature
are going to create because that is Divine nature. To create
something which is perfect and life sustaining, He must create
them with unconditional love…i.e. the highest love..that is the
very backbone of Creations. For we cannot create out of anger.
So God must create with the fullness of His love so that the
creations will be perfect and beautiful and full of life
(sustaining.). In order for the Creations to be perfect he must
set in built laws that maintain the very life sustaining power of
the Universe . the backbone law is Unconditional Love.
In the same way, when God created Adam , he had in built
laws within Adam‟s body and also the laws of interactions
between Adam and God and between Adam with His
surroundings. These laws are meant to maintain that
perfection. And the whole laws are tied up with the
emanations of His infinite Unconditional Love. Perfect love is
without conditions.
When Adam transgressed the very law that governed his
perfect existence., he already brought forth destructive power
that contributed disharmony in the whole universe. Every
deed and thought of us contribute something into the universe
either supporting the Unconditional or vice versa. For our
existences tied up with the whole creations. Any deviation
from the predestined rules of creations would cause
disharmonies of the perfection of creations. In order to
safeguard further destructive deviating decisions making by
Adam and eve , they must be expelled from Eden.
And God work altogether in all things of the decision making of
men and make sure that their deeds are not violating the set
rules of the universe. That is the reason why God didn‟t leave
humankind …he keeps on intervening according to his
creativity , wisdom and impeccability in safeguarding the life
sustaining power of the universe.
The angels were created differently than men, for they were
created without forgiveness and redemption. Since Men were
creators in the image of God , He sees no impossibility of men
abilities in creating everything. The ignorance of God‟s laws
mean bringing destructive elements to the whole creations and
when God saw men enterprise at the tower of Babel, He
foresaw the impending powerful destructive power. The
enterprises of men who deviated the laws of creations must be
stopped by God‟s hand in order to safeguard the whole
universe for their enterprises were totally void of Divine wills.
Without the wills of God, men deeds are destructive.
The unity of men as mentioned in Gen.11, indeed, the
manifestations of men selfish agendas that totally deviating
from the rules of sustaining life on earth and transgressing
the sanctity of the laws of the whole universe. For men
without God‟s wills are destructive and damaging the very
essence that maintain the life on earth and universe.
Men who inherited the sacred language of Eden had also
violated the sacredness of heaven language for they were
using that very language in doing all sorts of evil and
destructive things which were deviating the Laws of harmony
which maintains the life of the universe. Their usage of that
language not only defiling the sacredness of that language but
also powerfully penetrating all layers of heavens with deviating
destructive energies. For that language was very powerful and
whenever spoken they were like mantras.
Men had gone mad and evil . All of their deeds, indeed, disturb
the power of unconditional love which tied up all things in this
creations. And God said that he must intervene in order to
safeguard the sacredness creations i.e. Unconditional love .

We are not puppets and God is not the Choreographer.

God is not monstrous but men misunderstood for their hearts
are darkened. He is not punishing for he is maintaining and
sustaining this universe with emanations of His Unconditional
Love.
The phenomenon of gods confusing men at the tower of Babel
with many languages was in fact God‟s wise intervention as to
safeguard the harmony and balance of power that holds this
universe. Besides, he also safeguard the sacredness of heaven
language from being manipulated by those ignorance and
unenlightened men at that time. And such acts of Gods was
also meant to fail human selfish agendas which were
forbidden by God for that agendas causing imbalance and
disharmony of power that hold this whole universe. Amen.
