ZINGA The Film Galvanising System ZINGA is a one pack coating

that contains 96% zinc in the dry film and provides cathodic
protection of ferrous metals. It can be used as a unique system
as an alternative to hot-dip galvanisation or metallisation,
as primer in a duplex system (active + passive) or as a
recharging system for hot-dip galvanisation, metallisation or
zinganised surfaces. It can be applied by brushing, rolling or
spraying on a clean and rough substrate in a wide range of
atmospheric circumstances. ZINGA is also available as an
aerosol and is sold as Zingaspray.

Le Système de Film Galvanisant ZINGA est un revêtement

mono-composant contenant 96% de zinc dans l’extrait sec
et offre une protection cathodique aux métaux ferreux. Il peut
être utilisé en tant que système unique comme alternative
à la galvanisation à chaud ou à la métallisation, en tant que
primaire dans un système duplex (actif + passif) ou en tant
que système de recharge d’une galvanisation à chaud, d’une
métallisation ou de surfaces zinganisées. Il s’applique à la
brosse, au rouleau ou au pistolet sur un substrat propre
et rugueux dans diverses circonstances atmosphériques.
ZINGA est également disponible en aérosol, vendu sous le
nom de Zingaspray.

Het Filmverzinkingssysteem ZINGA is een ééncomponente

coating met 96% zink in de droge film, die kathodische
bescherming biedt aan ferro-metalen. ZINGA kan gebruikt
worden als uniek systeem als alternatief voor thermische
galvanisatie of metallisatie, als primer in een duplexsysteem
(actief + passief) of als herlaadsysteem voor thermische
galvanisatie, metallisatie of gezinganiseerde oppervlakken.
ZINGA kan aangebracht worden met borstel, rol of
spuitpistool, op een zuiver en ruw substraat in verschillende
atmosferische omstandigheden. ZINGA is ook verkrijgbaar
in spuitbussen en wordt verkocht als Zingaspray.

AQUAZINGA Aquazinga is a two pack 100% water-based anti-corrosion

system based on inorganic zinc silicates. Due to its high zinc
content in the dry film (92%) it provides cathodic protection
to ferrous metals. It can be used as a stand alone system
as an alternative to hot-dip galvanisation or metallisation.
Aquazinga has an excellent resistance to abrasion and is
designed to withstand corrosive environments and severe
conditions, including high temperatures (up to 600°C).

Aquazinga est un système anticorrosion à deux composants,

100% à base d’eau et de silicates de zinc inorganiques.
Grâce à son contenu de zinc important dans le film sec (92%)
il procure une protection cathodique aux métaux ferreux.
Il peut être utilisé en tant que système unique et forme une
alternative à la galvanisation à chaud et à la métallisation.
Aquazinga offre une résistance excellente à l’abrasion et est
développé pour résister à des environnements corrosifs et
à des conditions sévères, y inclus les hautes températures
(allant jusqu’à 600°C).

ZINGALUFER Zingalufer is a moisture curing one pack polyurethane.

Micaceous iron oxides create the special lamellar structure
which create a very tight paint film for optimal barrier
protection and corrosion resistance. Zingalufer is used as
a sealer on ZINGA, as intermediate coat in a three layer
ZINGA system.

Zingalufer est un polyuréthane monocomposant qui réagit

avec l’humidité de l’air. Les oxydes de fer micacé créent la
structure lamellaire spéciale qui crée à son tour un film très
fermé pour une protection de barrière et résistance optimale
à la corrosion. Zingalufer est utilisé en tant que sealer sur
le ZINGA, comme couche intermédiaire dans un système
ZINGA de 3 couches.

Zingalufer is een ééncomponent, vochtigheidsreagerende

polyurethaanverf. Ijzeroxiden geven het de bijzondere
gelamelleerde structuur waardoor een goed gesloten verffilm
verkregen wordt voor optimale barrièrebescherming en
corrosieweerstand. Zingalufer wordt gebruikt als sealer op
ZINGA, als tussenlaag in een drielagensysteem met ZINGA.

ZINGACERAM HS Zingaceram HS is a high solid 2 pack intermediate coat to be

applied as a sealer over ZINGA. Due to its high solid (HS)
content it shows good compatibility on ZINGA. Zingaceram
HS has very good abrasion resistance and excellent
corrosion protection properties.

Zingaceram HS est une couche intermédiaire à deux

composants à haute solidité, à appliquer sur le ZINGA.
Grâce à son contenu à haute solidité (HS) le produit a une
bonne compatibilité sur le ZINGA. Zingaceram HS a  une
bonne résistance à l’abrasion et des propriétés excellentes
pour la protection de corrosion.

Zingaceram HS is een high solid (hoge vastestofgehalte)

twee componenten tussenlaag als sealer bovenop ZINGA.
Door zijn high solid (HS - hoge vaste stofgehalte) inhoud
vertoont het een goede compatibiliteit op ZINGA. Zingaceram
HS heeft een goede abrasieweerstand en uitstekende
corrosiebeschermende eigenschappen.

ALU ZM Alu ZM is a quick drying one pack coating based on aluminium

flakes. It can be applied directly onto old, non-corroded hot-
dip galvanised or thermal sprayed zinc substrates or as an
aluminium topcoat on ZINGA. It can be applied by brushing
or spraying in a wide range of atmospheric circumstances.
Alu ZM is mainly applied for aesthetical reasons as it gives
a shiny aluminium aspect, but it also has good chemical and
abrasion resistance which allows it to be used in industrial
environments.

Alu ZM est un mono composant à base paillettes

d’aluminium, à séchage rapide. Il s’applique directement
sur une ancienne surface galvanisée à chaud non corrodée
ou sur une couche métallisée, ou en tant que couche
d’aluminium sur le ZINGA. L’application se fait à la brosse
ou par pistolage dans diverses conditions atmosphériques,
Alu ZM s’applique principalement pour raisons esthétiques
en donnant un aspect aluminium brillant. Il offre également
une bonne résistance chimique, ce qui permet l’utilisation en
environnements industriels.

van aluminiumschilfers. Het kan rechtstreeks aangebracht
worden op oude, niet gecorrodeerde warme galvanisatie of
op een gemetalliseerde laag of als een aluminium topcoat
op ZINGA. Alu ZM kan aangebracht worden met de borstel
onder vele soorten weersomstandigheden. Alu ZM wordt
hoofdzakelijk aangebracht omwille van esthetische redenen
aangezien het een glanzend aluminium aspect heeft. Het heeft
eveneens een goede chemische en abrasieve weerstand
waardoor het gebruikt kan worden in industriële omgevingen.

ZINGACOLOR Zingacolor is a two pack acrylic polyurethane paint.

Zingacolor gives a finish in most RAL colours with good
adhesion. Zingacolor is recommended as a finish coloured
topcoat in a ZINGA system. Zingacolor can also be applied
directly onto metal surfaces (steel, aluminium, galvanised
and stainless steel), OSB plates, wood, MDF, plastics (hard
PVC, ABS, polyester, ...) and mineral surfaces (walls, floors).

Zingacolor est une peinture acrylique-polyuréthanne à deux

composants. Zingacolor donne une finition dans la plupart
des couleurs RAL avec une bonne adhérence. Zingacolor
est recommandé comme couche de finition colorié dans
un système ZINGA. Zingacolor s’applique directement sur
surfaces métalliques (acier, aluminium, acier galvanisé et
l’inox), les plaques OSB, le bois, MDF, plastiques (PVC dur,
ABS, polyester,...) et surfaces minérales (murs, sols).

gives a finish in most RAL colours with high hardness and
elasticity. It does not yellow and is weather resistant and
has good resistance to chemicals and water. Zingafinish
is recommended as a finish coloured topcoat in a ZINGA
system.

composantes. Zingafinish offre une couche de finition dans
la plupart des couleurs RAL ayant une dureté et élasticité
exceptionnellle. La couche ne jaunit pas et résiste aux
intempéries. Résiste également à l’eau et aux produits
chimiques. Zingafinish est recommandé comme couche
de finition dans une couleur spécifique faisant partie d’un
système ZINGA.

ZINGAGLOSS Zingagloss is a one pack moisture curing polyurethane paint.
Zingagloss gives a high gloss finish in most RAL colours with
good adhesion. It combines good colour and gloss retention
with high abrasion and impact resistance, dirt repellent
properties, and high resistance to chemicals. Zingagloss
is recommended as a finish coloured topcoat in a ZINGA
system.

Zingagloss est une peinture de finition à base de polyuréthane

monocomposant, durcissant par contact avec l’humidité de
l’air. Zingagloss donne un excellent aspect de brillance dans
la plupart des couleurs RAL avec bonne adhérence. Une
combinaison de stabilité de couleur et de brillance avec une
grande résistance à l’abrasion et aux impacts, des propriétés
anti-salissantes, et une haute résistance aux produits
chimiques. Zingagloss est recommandé comme couche de
finition d’une couleur spécifique dans un système ZINGA.

rende polyurethaan eindlak. Zingagloss geeft een uitsteken-
de glanzende afwerkingslaag in de meeste RAL kleuren en
heeft ook een goede hechting. Een combinatie van kleur- en
glansbehoud met een hoge abrasie- en impactweerstand,
zeer goede vuilafstotende eigenschappen en hoge chemi­
caliënweerstand. Zingagloss wordt aanbevolen als gekleurde
eindlaag in een ZINGA systeem.

ZINGATARFREE Zingatarfree is a one-pack moisture curing polyurethane

paint. It exhibits excellent water and corrosion resistance
(thanks to the MIO particles) and outstanding chemical
resistance. These properties make Zingatarfree the ideal
product to replace normal coal tar products. Zingatarfree
is recommended for use in duplex systems with ZINGA for
application on structures in immersion or embedded in soil.

qui réagit avec l’humidité de l’air. Il présente une excellente
résistance à l’eau et à la corrosion (grâce aux particules MIO)
et une résistance importante aux produits chimiqes. Grâce à

Zingatarfree dans un système duplex avec ZINGA pour des
applications sur des structures en immersion ou implantées
dans le sol.

ALUSPRAY Aluspray is based on aluminium flakes. It can be applied either without primer on
an old, non-corroded hot-dip galvanisation or metallisation layer or as topcoat on
top of ZINGA. Aluspray is mainly applied for esthetical reasons as it gives a nice
aluminium aspect.

ZINGASOLV Zingasolv is a C9-C10 aromatic hydrocarbon solvent. Zingasolv is manufactured to the highest standards. It does
not contain detectable quantities of polycyclic aromatics, heavy metals or chlorinated compounds.

Zingasolv est un diluant à base d’hydrocarbures aromatiques C9-C10. Zingasolv est fabriqué selon les normes
les plus hautes. Il ne contient pas de quantités détectables d’aromatiques polycycliques, métaux lourds ou
composantes chlorées.

EP THINNER EP Thinner is a solvent mixture which is, because of its special evaporation, suitable for applications by spraying,
brush and roller.

EP Thinner is een mengeling van verdunners die door zijn speciale verdamping geschikt is voor applicaties met

HS THINNER HS Thinner is a solvent mixture which is, because of its special evaporation, suitable for applications by spraying,
brush and roller. Particularly recommended in high solid epoxy coatings.

HS Thinner est un mélange de solvants qui est, grâce à son évaporation spéciale, approprié à des applications par
spray, à la brosse et au rouleau. Particulièrement recommandé avec des peintures époxy ‘high solid’.

HS Thinner is een mengeling van solventen die, dankzij haar speciale verdamping, geschikt is voor spuitapplicaties,

PU THINNER PU Thinner is a solvent mixture especially designed for the dilution of polyurethane paints. It can be used for all
grades of polyurethane paints including the one pack moisture curing PU paints. PU Thinner can also be used as
a cleaning product.
PU Thinner est un mélange de diluants spécialement conçu pour la dilution des peintures polyuréthanne. Peut être
utilisé pour toutes les qualités des peintures polyuréthanne y inclus les peintures PU mono composants réagissant

THINNER 41 Thinner 41 is a solvent mixture especially designed for the dilution of polyurethane paints. It can be used for all
grades of polyurethane paints included the one pack moisture curing PU paints. Thinner 41 can also be used as
a cleaning product.

Thinner 41 est un diluant spécifiquement conçu pour les peintures polyuréthanes. Il peut être utilisé pour chaque
peinture à base de polyuréthane y compris le mono-composant à séchage en milieu humide. Thinner 41 peut
également être utilisé pour le nettoyage.
