Ever experienced an office move? Probably not the way we do it. Here is a brief sample of
what to expect with 6T Brothers Movers & Packers as your mover & packer

We set standards for the mover to prepare computers by bubble-wrapping the components.
A moving carton full of bubble-wrapped computer components is stretch-wrapped to protect
items in transit

To prevent damage and soiling,

upholstered furniture is
stretch-wrapped.

Desk are stretch-wrapped.

Stretch-wrapped desk is then placed on a dolly and rolled to
the moving van.

FILE/PC/Personal Crates*

We provide new / re-usable, recycled carton box for the packing and
removal of all your filing and employee personal items. Your IT equipment
can be packed into 'IT crates'* which will provide a seamless removal for
your employees from origin to destination.

Office Move by

Packing & Un-Packing

Our reliable experienced packing team is available to advise you on how best to pack your office
furniture and filings so that any potential damage in transit it minimised. We use materials such as
packing tape, bubble wrap, industry specific furniture blankets and wraps. Our fleet of vehicles is
suitable for the loading and transport of office effects. Our team of trained drivers and packers will
ensure the safe loading and unloading of all your business items - so depending on your requirements
and budget we can provide packing and unpacking services to you on your move.

IT Removals*

You know your system and we know how to move it. We have a team that are dedicated to your IT
move and will work closely with your IT Department to ensure a seamless move for your IT
infrastructure. Each piece of IT equipment(PC cables, keyboards, mice and modems.) will be wrapped in
bubble wrap. Each member of staff will be called upon to label their PC by placing one label on their
monitor and one label on their hard drive in advance of the move.

Labels

6T Brothers Movers & Packers will provide labels for identification purposes during the office relocation.
These labels are easily removed and can be placed on all items being relocated to the new office.

Insurance
You have the option of arranging insurance cover whilst in storage or in transit. We can furnish you with
quotes for both. The standard quote is : RM20K for RM150/= RM50K for RM300/= for a day move.

Disassembly & Reassembly

6T Brothers Movers fitters will disassemble any furniture or shelving necessary; in advance of the move.
At the destination point our staff will reassemble all items of furniture according to your floor plans.
