Online Sudios generates and gathers time-sensitive information at a cost, inclu
ding, without limitation, original stories ferreted out and reported by Disney O
nline Sudios's full-time employees and paid contributors; (2) iCPv3Reborn free-r
ides on Disney Online Sudios's sweat of the brow by publishing summaries of thes
e stories without affording Disney Online Sudios appropriate credit and a promin
ent link; and (3) iCPv3Reborn is in direct competition with Disney Online Sudios
. Thus, iCPv3Reborn's conduct, in addition to amounting to garden variety plagia
rism, constitutes unfair competition and violates certain deceptive trade practi
ces statues. I refer you to Tumblr for appropriate ways to credit Disney Online
Sudios when summarizing, i.e., re-writing, Disney Online Sudios's stories.

Further, Disney Online Sudios will begin registering copyrights in its original
content with the Copyright Office on a going forward basis. Your staff should th
ink twice about re-writing Disney Online Sudios's stories in the future. While u
nderlying facts are not protectable, Disney Online Sudios's original expression
of those facts is protectable. If your people cross that line in the future by a
ppropriating Disney Online Sudios's copyright-protected expression, Disney Onlin
e Sudios will not hesitate to bring an action against iCPv3Reborn for copyright
infringement. In such an action, Disney Online Sudios would seek, in its discret
ion, actual or statutory damages as well as attorney's fees recompense.

te to litigate to enforce these rights. Nothing contained in or omitted from thi
s letter will be deemed to be an admission of any fact or a waiver or any rights
or remedies with respect to the subject of this letter, all of which rights and
