Sustainable Development trough
Technological Change
The 2011 conference will debate the Impact of Globalization on Technological
Changes upon organizations and society that will lead to sustainable development.
Attendees will focus on the drivers for Technological changes such as Higher
Education and Community AQUIS and the impact of IT, Innovation and R&D on
Technological Changes. Special attention will be given to the Corporate Culture,
Leadership, Knowledge Management and Organizational Learning and their impact
on Organizational Structure Design in both SMEs and Industrial and Manufacturing
Systems. Attendees will discuss the Implementation process including the role of
Entrepreneurs, Human Resources and the most efficient Tools for Change.

SUBMISSION OF ABSTRACTS/FULL PAPERS
The abstracts (max. 350 words followed by 6 key words) should be submitted for
review in electronic MS Word format no later than February 1st, 2011, to the email
address: mtc@cetex.tuiasi.ro
Please provide the full names, affiliations, mailing addresses, telephone no., fax no.,
and e–mail addresses of the authors, indicating the contact author.
Notification of acceptance will be e–mailed to the contact authors by February 15th,
2011. The authors of accepted papers would be required to sign a copyright
transfer form. The submission of final manuscripts is due before March 15th,
2011. Papers will be blind cross-evaluated by two reviewers. Further guidelines
concerning the format of the full papers will be available to be downloaded from the
Conference website at: http://www.cetex.ro/mtc2011/
Please send signed copyright transfer form to MTC’ 2011 Secretariat and e–mail the
full paper as attachment in MS Word format to: mtc@cetex.tuiasi.ro .
Authors will be notified before May 31th, 2011. The accepted papers will be
published in MTC’ 2011 Proceedings. Papers may be excluded from the proceedings
if registration fees are not received by June 30th 2011.
