COMMERCIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. Tax: VAT (@13.5%) or Applicable as per the govt. rule at the time of Billing.

2. Freight & Forwarding: Extra as actual.

3. Advance: 50% rest before delivery.

4. Packaging: @ 3%.

5. Warranty: We offer 12 months warranty after the dispatch or information of completion of job
which ever is earlier. Any breakage or burning or mishandling of switchgear or other Panel
Accessories shall be out of Warranty.

6. Execution of work will start after receiving of the Purchase Order along with advance.

7. After the confirmed Purchase Order the Final General drawings, Single Line Diagrams &
Control Circuit shall be provided and after the technical clearance the work shall be executed.
Any changes would not be entertained after that.

8. Final Testing of Control Panel shall be conducted at our works in the presence of your Engineer
or any representative. Unless site-visiting charges shall be charged.

9. Material shall be delivered with-in 10 working days from the date of receipt of confirmed
purchase order & Advance.

10. Kindly consider the BOM thoroughly with your specifications. For any further changes or any
requirement only written correspondence will be accepted before the manufacturing process.
Any material extra then bill of material shall be charged extra.

11. Submitted offer is valid for a period of 15-day from the date of submission.
