Understanding the Dialectical Materialism: Understanding The New

Metanarrative of The Dialectic Process: Man and his environment

(Rich Gibson, 2004) “Dialectical Materialism is the study of how things change, because they do-
assuming the study will be part of that change. To work with this outlook, it helps to remember to
abstract. Abstraction is like moving a microscope out, and in, ti better understand something. One
example of abstraction in dealing with social issues would be to ask, “What is the history of this, and
its social context now? Since the task of teachers is to change people, dialectical materialism should be
of considerable interest. Do things change? How?” ['Dialectical Materialism Outline, An Educator's
Guide for Understanding and Action: Rich Gibson 2004']

The Dialectic Process: (Language of Illusion) The way even internet forums (dialogue) is going -
HUMANISM - GLOBALISM:

Quote

When I (It Is Written) myself was getting chewed up and spit out in the internet forums I (but I know it
was God in me causing me to do this) began crying out to God saying, "What is this language they are
speaking, for they are trying to KILL ME with it, MY LORD!" About 6 months later He told me in my
hearing, "It is Doctrines of Demons." And then about 3 months later I asked Him, "But what does man
call it?" About 3 months after that is when God led me to hear Dean Gotcher on a Christian radio
station (Point of View - in Dallas Texas) he had 5 more minutes to speak on the air and he began
exposing the language structure of words which were being spoken in the internet forums. Though
Dean was exposing how our Gov't. town representatives and congress leaders etc. in our nation
(America). And Dean said that it was Transformational Marxism. I did some research after than and
God allowed me to know the truth of all that as well.

God's Word is not up for Dialogue nor does it answer humanism and globalism, God's Word Judges it
as guilty.

This is how this Global language is spoken - it's actually a demonic doctrine:
It's all about THE OPINIONS OF ~THE COLLECTIVE~.
"I think,...." (HUMANISM - SELF)
"You ~ought to~"
"needs to,...."
"But I think too/also,..." (HUMANISM - SELF)
"I mean,....." (HUMANISM - SELF)
"I assume,...." (HUMANISM - SELF)
"It's ok at times to assume...." (HUMANISM - SELF)
"I don't look at God as,...." (HUMANISM - SELF)
",...our community thinks,..." (HUMANISM - SELF)
"I personally think,..." (HUMANISM - SELF)
"As I understand it,..." (HUMANISM - SELF)
"I've always view that passage,..." (HUMANISM - SELF)
",...of our community,..." (HUMANISM - SELF)
"I noticed,...." (HUMANISM - SELF)
"I feel,....." (HUMANISM - SELF)
"i feel that,..." (HUMANISM - SELF)
"Being a human,......" (HUMANISM - SELF)
"It seems to,........" (that is a language of "uncertainity" - it's a brainwashing word - demonically
inspirited - to get others into uncertainity and away from facts and The Truth of God's Word - get the
book by "John MacArthur called "The Truth War")
"I Moderate,...." (HUMANISM - SELF)
"I am interested in your opinion,..." (notice they are not interested in Hearing GOD'S WORD)
"in my own experience" (HUMANISM - SELF)
"I know what you mean... " (HUMANISM - SELF)
"I agree with his decision..." (HUMANISM - SELF)
"It is our consences that,..." (HUMANISM - SELF)
"An open-minded,..." (Not a "Biblical Renewed Mind) (HUMANISM - SELF)

THIS IS ALSO THE LANGUAGE STRUCTURE IN STAR TREK VOYAGER! (thanks, OneLung!) :
:juggle::

Has God shown anyone here this GLOBAL-DECEPTION as well, what's worse is that it is in the fallen
away churches (purpose driven & emergent)?

DEFINITION OF DIALOGUE (http://www.ocfs.state.ny.us/ohrd/materials/23068.pdf)

“…a new kind of mind begins to come into being which is based on the development of a common
meaning…People are no longer primarily in opposition, nor can they be said to be interacting, rather
they are participating in this pool of common meaning, which is capable of constant development and
change.” DAVID BOHM ….On Dialogue

• DIALOGUE
– From the Greek dialogos
• Dia means “through” or “with each other”
• Logos means “the word” or “the meaning
− “meaning flowing through”

• DISCUSSION
– From the Latin discutere
– “to smash together”
• DEBATE
– From the Latin de + battere
− “to beat down”

• DIALOGUE
–COLLABORATION
–EVERYBODY WINS
–SEEKS A RICK GRASP OF
COMPLEX ISSUES
–COMPLEX ISSUES EXPLORED

DIALOGUE AND DISCUSSION

• DISCUSSION
–COMPETITION
–GOAL IS TO WIN
–SEEKS AGREEMENT AND/OR VICTORY
–DECISIONS MADE

GUIDELINES FOR DIALOGUE

• Speak from Experience
• Listen as colleagues
• Suspend assumptions
• Respect the speaker
• Defer the need for clarification
• Focus on the learning

DIALOGUE PROCESS
A Guide to Facilitation
• Create a sacred space
• Set the guidelines
• Offer the issue for exploration
• Share the stories
• Listen as Colleagues
• Close the dialogue
• Reflect on the learning

ACTION DIALOGE
The 3-D Model
• Dialogue
–Process of establishing sacred space and a flow of meaning
–Focus is on the learning rather than specific outcomes

ACTION DIALOGE
The 3-D Model
• Discovery
–Process of using dialogue to explore and create deeper levels of inquiry
–Focus is on collective learning and the establishment of direction for further deliberation

ACTION DIALOGE
The 3-D Model
• Decision
–Process of moving from inquiry to deliberative action
–Focus is on using dialogue and discover for collective decision-making

Discovery
– Begin with a general theme that emerged from dialogue
– Have each person reflect on the theme and develop his/her own response, sharing these one by one
– Enlist members of the group to listen and respond to each response through drawing or writing their
associations on a shared newsprint

Reflect collectively on the deeper place of inquiring that emerges and write a single question from
the group
− Switch—repeat--select

DECISION
– Conduct a dialogue on the question that was selected collectively form the Discovery process
– Have members offer “SMART” ways to address the issue of inquiry

• Decision
– Use all guidelines except “speak from experience” in the decision dialogue
– Document the different approaches
–“SCAMPER” the responses

• Decision
– Get a group consensus when time is limited
− Ask for commitments for action

WHY DIALOGUE?
• Allows “meaning to flow
through”
• Permits depth based on the groups readiness
• Works (best) as an adjunct to other methods
• Becomes more group centered over time

• Gives means to explore complex and conflicted issues

• Puts a pause on the need to find the answer
• Creates (safe) and sacred space
• Can be one-time or ongoing process

Explored through Dialogue
• History of an organization
• Roles and responsibilities

SAMPLE OF ADJUNCT USES

• Strategic Planning
• Future Search

Dominant and Subordinate

Relationships
• “Simply put, we are not in conflict because of our racial, ethnic, gender, religious, and other
differences. Conflicts related to those differences are real but minor. We are in conflict because these
differences are structured in relationships based on dominance. Dominance is the root of the conflict,
not the differences. The differences between us could be worked out rather easily without the
dominance-subordination structure and conditioning in which they are imbedded.”

» Southwest Center for Intercultural Leadership

CHAOS TO COMMUNIT Y
• We are now faced with the fact that
tomorrow is today. We are
confronted with the fierce urgency
of now…This may well be
mankind’s last chance to choose
between chaos or community.”
» Martin Luther King, Jr..
