Cancellation Policy - Registration
Cancellation of Registration must be received in writing by the AMPT 2011 Registration Secretariat (DEKON) by fax
at +90 212 347 63 63, or by e-mail to registration@ampt2011.org . An administrative fee of €100 will be applied for
any cancellation before or on June 08, 2011.
Absolutely no refund will be processed for cancellations on or after June 09, 2011.
Please note that registration refunds will be processed within 30 days after the end of AMPT 2011.

* Prices above are the min. & max. rates for the hotels. On booking, you will be charged with the min. rates of the selected

* For 4 Star Superior, 4 Star and 3 Star Category reservations, you will receive the name of your hotel within June 2011. You
will be informed also about your additional payment (if there is, according to your hotel).
* Deadline for hotel reservations is June 15, 2011. For reservation requests after that date, Dekon may not be able to
guarantee any available rooms with the above-mentioned room rates.
* Reservations will only be confirmed after receiving the full payment by credit card or bank transfer.
* Hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs and check-out time is 12:00 hrs. If you expect to arrive earlier than the check-in time and
require guaranteed check-in on arrival, please make your hotel reservations for the day before.

• Cancellations received by and on April 11, 2011 – eligible for full refund, less one night deposit
• Cancellations received on and after April 12, 2011 – no refund
Please note that accommodation refunds will be processed within 30 days after the end of AMPT 2011.
In the event of non-arrival, the hotel will automatically release the reservation and full payment will be non-
refundable.

Cancellation Policy – Tours

Daily Tours:
Cancellation of tours must be received in writing by Dekon (Registration Secretariat) by fax at +90 212 347 63 63,
or by e-mail to registration@ampt2011.org . An administrative fee of € 10 will be applied for any cancellations on
or before July 05, 2011.
Absolutely no refund will be processed for cancellations on or after July 10, 2011.
Please note that daily tour refunds will be processed within 30 days after the end of AMPT 2011.
Pre-Post Tours:
Cancellation of tours must be received in writing by Dekon (Registration Secretariat) by fax at +90 212 347 63 63,
or by e-mail to registration@ampt2011.org . An administrative fee of € 50 will be applied for any cancellations on
or before June 15, 2011.
An administrative fee of 50% of the tour price will be applied for any cancellations between and on June 16 –
July 05, 2011.
Absolutely no refund will be processed for cancellations on or after July 06, 2011.
Please note that pre-post tour refunds will be processed within 30 days after the end of AMPT 2011.
