Template Manual

Thank you for buying one of our Templates.

Please read this installation manual and the following license informations carefully!

Unpack your downloadet ZIP Archive

After downloading your main ZIP
file (xxtemplatename.zip), you
have to unpack it on your local
harddrive. To do so, you need a
programm like WinRAR or WinZIP.

Your downloadet ZIP file contains your Template and additional files, like used
Photoshop graphics, font files or used images. The Template is antoher ZIP file
inside the main ZIP file.

Install your Template

To use the automatic install function of Mambo
CMS, you have to log in into your admin backend
and choose -> "Site" -> "Template Manager" ->
"Install" in the top menu.

Press the "Search" button

to locate the Template ZIP
(not the main ZIP file!) file
on your harddrive. After choosing your Template, press the "Upload File & Install"
button.
Your Template will be uploadet and installed to your Mambo webspace immedialtely.
Confirm the installation by pressing the "OK" button.

Activate your Template

To activate your new Template, choose "Site" ->
"Template Manager" -> "Site Templates" in the
top menu. After that you will see a list of all
installed Templates. Check the radiobutton in
front of your new Template and press the
"Default" button located in the upper right corner.
Now your new Template is activated.
„One website“ License Informations
Terms and Conditions:
The mamplates.com "one website"-license guarantees a restricted usage of the
commercial templates for EXACTLY one website.
The "one website"-license is a non-exclusive license. The commercial templates are
sold through our web site in accordance with the following Terms and
Conditions issued by mamplates.com:

1.Modifications:
You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your
purposes, including the removing of any copyright signs.

2. Unauthorized use:
You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD,
website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind
without prior written consent.

3. Limited usage granted:

You may use each individual product on a single website only, belonging to either
you or your client. You have to purchase the same template once more in order to
make another project with the same design.

4. Shipping:
After receiving your payment you'll get an e-mail to your PayPal Address with a
unique download link. This link is providet to you for up to 48 hours. You can use this
link 3 times.

5. Updates:
mamplate.com has no influence on the development of Mambo Open Source. All
templates are always designed for the latest version, but we can give no garanty, that
the templates will run with future versions of MOS.

6. Ownership:
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products,
modified or unmodified. All products are property of mamplates.com. Our products
are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no
event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to,
direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising
out of the use of or inability to use our products.

7. Assignability:
You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone else without prior
written consent from mamplates.com.

8. Refund policy:
Since mamplates.com is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue
refunds after the product is shipped, which you are responsible for understanding
upon purchasing any article at our site. We only make exceptions with this rule when
the product appears to be not-as-described on a case by case basis in agreement of
the parties concerned. The deadline for any refund claim is one week after the
delivery date.
Our company reserves the right to change or modify current Terms with no prior
notice.
